Days after we got the uniform, we're finally in Eden where the ceremony and the kids' first day is held.

I have noticed that Anya is classmates with the kids who were as rich as fuck, and I don't know if it's good news or bad bad news that I know their parents. 

I knew she is going to be classmates with him due to Twilight's mission, what I am worried about is that Anya might not be able to get close to him.

I turn to to see Twilight's worried face I thought that he's cute when he's this worried, and I can't tell if he's worried about his mission or just for Anya. 

When the announcer announced that we are going to go a room where we parents are going to chitchat with each other and also, grab a drink.

I knew that as soon as we entered the room, most of the parents are going to turn to us, mostly to me.

Twilight grab a glass of champagne for himself and for me, and that's when someone pat my shoulder making me turn around.

"Oh, my God! It is you!" My former classmate exclaimed. "Girls, look who is here!" She called the others.

"Oh, my God! Girl! You are here!"

Alyssa, Elise, and Beatrice were my close friends back in the day, but this girl who just announced that I am here is Beatrice.

"Yassi, is that really you?"

"Good to you girls again." I said with a smile. "And how many time do I have to tell you that it's Yor."

"Now, stop bragging- How are you?!"

"Yeah, and oh lala~ Who is that handsome guy behind you~?" Alyssa is the flirty one in our group, so please excuse her.

"This Loid, my husband." I said introducing him to them. "Loid, this Alyssa, Beatrice and Elise."

"So, how did you two meet?" Again, please excuse my friend, Elise, for being so girly as ever.

"Um, at the Taylor's shop."

"The school's taylor?" 

"Yeah."

"How old is you child, then?"

"Well..."

"We do not have child yet." Loid defended as he hold my hand. "My daughter from my passed wife is who we are sending here."

"Oh, God." He said. "I expected so much from you, Yor." Beatrice said.

"B-Bea..."

"But since Loid is handsome, maybe I will let this a slide." She said reassuring me. "Also..."

It made me curious on what she's going to tell me. "Hm?"

"WHY THE HELL DID YOU NOT TELL AT LEAST EITHER OF US THAT YOU MARRIED?!" She burst.

"I'm sorry, we have been married for a year now yet I don't really tell anyone about my marriage with him."

"UGH!"

"Hun, look who we found!" Elise said to her husband.

"Yor? Is that really you?"

"Hello, Bernard." I said with a sweet smile.

Though, this guy may be my high school crush but I just simply give him to my dearest friend, Elise.

"Oh, my God! You have gotten even more beautiful, Yor-chan."

"Th-Thank you...." I said shyly with a blush.

"Back off, girl. This boy is mine and you already have yours!" She defended.

"I know." I said looking away until I saw Loid who doesn't look comfortable. He's either not comfortable with my friends around or because of Anya. "Love?" I called as I gently grab him.

"Huh?"

"Are you alright?" I asked.

"Y-Yeah..." He said and I can hear his hesitant in his voice.

"Um, this is Bernard." I said. "Bernard, this is Loid. My husband." I said as I hold his hand.

It's like these people that I know since high school has changed a lot but me... The only thing that changed to me is that I got married... Unlike them...

When the everyone's kid arrived, I saw Loid's expression changed as soon as he saw Bea and Jace's kid. Although, Becky Blackbell is Jason and Beatrice's daughter.

"Forger." Someone called then we turn around. "Come with me."

I saw Anya sitting on a chair looking down.

"He punched a boy?" Loid said.

"Oh, my God, Anya! Are you alright?" I asked worriedly and she just nod.

I know that he's worried that his friendship scheme with this kid and that Desmond boy but can he just think about this situation for a while? 

This arrogant Agent fucking Twilight! I thought.

When we got home, I can tell on how disappointed he is to Anya he can't blame the kid, and I should be the one who's going to be blamed.

"Anya, are alright?"

"Haha, is chichi mad at Anya?"

"No, your chichi is just as shock as I am." I reassured her but he's giving me a long face. "Anya, it is my fault that I trained you, ok? So, go to your room and let me talk to chichi for you, ok?"

Anya simply nod and went to her room.

I made my way to the living room where Loid is in deep in thought.

"Loid." I called and he look up. I sit next to him. 

"Is she alright?"

"You really didn't have to scold her that much."

He sighed then he wash his face with his palm. "I know."

"Loid, she's a kid, and kids tend to be very resourceful and they trust what they trust." I said then he looked at me. "And she trusted me and the result was..."

"Yor, it was not your fault, ok?" He said holding both of my hands. "Though, I might also teach her some self-defense someday..." He said backing away.

"Maybe, I can help with that..." I volunteered with a smile.

When I was alone in my room, I stare at the ceiling as I thought about what had happened earlier. It's preventing me to sleep every time I think about how he held my hand and on top of that, how he looks at me. 

I'm laying on my back as I play with my hair with a little frown on my forehead. 

I kept thinking on how I'm supposed to make such excuses every time I am going on a mission in a middle of the night when he's awake and how I am going to go to the HQ or meet up with mama to report my monthly report.

Though, as mother-daughter relationship I was often asked by her if ever I have developed some feelings towards both of them. I always say no, but deep inside, it's a yes.

I am starting to long my family. My fake family, and I feel like I don't want this mission of ours to last, but I'm still as confused as fuck.

A/N: 

Everything in this chapter is just part of my imagination, and I might as well add Yuri-chan in the next chapter. Maybe on how he ended up on being one of the SSS. Or should I make Twilight's first?
