The Chosen Ones (Hyunlix, Minsung, Seungin, Binchan)

Chapter 74

After Seungmin and Jeongin called it a night, it was only Chan, Changbin, Wooyoung and San left. They just spent the rest of the night playing video games, preparing for a new tournament in the future. Hopefully one where Changbin and Chan can participate in.

It was getting late when they decided to call it a night as well. As they were cleaning up everything, Wooyoung spoke. "Thank you all, for everything."

"What do you mean?" Chan asked.

"I mean, for taking us in after everything that's happened." Wooyoung clarified.

"Of course." said Chan. "Besides, what happened wasn't your fault. You were just following orders. My father wasn't the man he once was."

"No he wasn't." San added. "He changed for the worst the day he discovered the existence of superhumans."

"We don't even know how he found out about that." Wooyoung said. "Anyways, I'm glad all that is over. The only thing we care about now is finding our friends."

"And we'll help you." Changbin said. "We promise."

"That's right." said Chan.

"Thank you again." said Wooyoung, as both he and San bowed.

They all hugged, and then retired to their rooms. While on the way to their room, Chan and Changbin heard noises coming from Hyunjin and Felix's room. As they moved along, they heard noises coming from Minho and Jisung's room as well. Although from Seungmin and Jeongin's room they couldn't hear anything but the sound of the shower running.

"What are we gonna do with these kids?" Chan says with a smirk, while holding Changbin's hand as they went to their rooms.

"Should we give them Hell about it tomorrow?" Changbin teased.

"Nah." said Chan. "Let them have their fun. They've earned it."

When they got to their room, they both took a quick shower together and got dressed in their pajamas. They both could tell they were too tired for any sexy time, but they didn't mind at all.

"Channie, I wanna take my parents to the doctor's tomorrow." Changbin said. "Who knows when's the last time they've had a checkup."

"Of course Binnie." said Chan. "I'll join you."

"You were gonna come with me regardless." said Changbin. "My folks love their son-in-law." He kisses Chan on the lips. "I love you Channie."

"I love you too Binnie." said Chan, as he embraced Changbin, and the 2 went to sleep.

The next morning, Chan and Changbin were up early, as they decided to take full advantage of the day to see Changbin's parents and take them to the doctor's, and to just spend time with them overall.

They noticed Hyunjin and Felix were already up as well. "Good morning." said Hyunjin.

"Good morning." said Changbin. "You guys are up early."

"So are you." Felix said.

"We're going to go see Binnie's parents." Chan said. "I'm surprised you 2 are up so early considering..." He was stopped by Changbin gently nudging him on the ribs.

"Considering what?" Hyunjin asked, confused.

"Oh nothing." Chan said, scratching the back of his head. "Well, we're off."

"But you guys haven't had breakfast yet." Felix said.

"It's ok." Chan said. "We'll go to a drive thru and get something on the way to Binnie's parents place."

As they were about to head out, Changbin stopped. "Hyunjin." he said.

"Yeah?" said Hyunjin.

Without another word, Changbin hugged Hyunjin.

"What's this for?" Hyunjin asked as he hugs Changbin back.

"I just wanna say, thank you." said Changbin. "Thank you for letting my folks stay at your old place. You have no idea what it means to me."

Hyunjin smiles. "Don't mention it Bin." he says. "It the least I could do."

"He's right." Jisung says, as he and Minho come downstairs. "You've done so much for us in the past, it's only natural we do something for you as well."

Changbin truly is blessed with having friends like them. "Thank you both." he says, as he parts from the hug. "But we really have to get going now." With that, Chan and Changbin leave.

"Come on baby." Hyunjin tells Felix as they head towards the back of the house.

"Where are you 2 going?" Minho asks.

"Jinnie wants to take pictures of me." says Felix. "He says I'm his muse."

"Well, have fun you 2." Jisung says. "Come on baby, let's have breakfast, I'm starving."

"Of course squirrel." Minho says as he kisses his boyfriend's cheek.

Later on the day, Hyunjin and Felix along with Seungmin and Jeongin decide to hang out together.

They didn't feel like going anywhere expensive for lunch, so they decided to go to a McDonald's.

"We usually never went to eat at places like this." Seungmin said. "We always went to more expensive places to eat."

"True." said Felix. "But a change of scenery is nice."

"These are the only types of places we could afford to eat." said Hyunjin. "Luckily me and Ji always made time to workout to burn all these calories."

"Same with me and Changbin." said Jeongin. "It's cheap and all, but if we didn't work out, we'd end up paying the price."

"I don't know where all that food went Innie." Felix said. "You hide it well."

"Thanks." Jeongin said, blushing slightly.

"Well, who wants dessert?" Hyunjin asked when they all finished their meal.

"Me!" Everyone said in unison, raising their hands.

Hyunjin then came back with 4 sundaes and handed them out. The group enjoyed their dessert as they talked about random subjects and whatnot. Before they were ready to leave, Hyunjin and Seungmin went to the restroom while Felix and Jeongin went outside to wait for their boyfriends.

As they waited, something caught their attention from across the street. A woman was attacking a young man. From the screams and shouts of the man, the boys find out that the woman is his mother. And she's hitting her son with liquor bottles!

Without a second thought, the 2 boys cross the street to confront the woman.

"Hey!" Felix shouted, catching the woman's attention. "Leave him alone!"

A/N Things are gonna take a turn next chapter. New character introduction too.
