Disclaimer:I don't own Invader Zim in any capacity.
Disclaimer Two:Prison life on an unknown ice planet leads to some violence.
Icy Arrival.
Frostka is as expected as white as snow and glows as bright as a diamond. Parts of the ground had very thick amounts of snow while others did not.
Giant ice pillars as far as the ice can see which would be cool. But this is not a time for admiring the environment. It was time for something far worse than that.
The ship carrying Dib and his family fly over the prison that they'd be staying in. Here we can see the prison. It looked like a large castle with an electrified fence.
We see prisoners being escorted by guards while some are shoveling snow. A large river surrounded the prison but is nothing more than solid ice.
Guards were running and walking around the prison both from the wall and the yard. Basically doing the normal prison guard things that you'd expect.
This prison gave off the vibe of that one prison on an island. You all know the prison that I am talking about. Only this prison was in space.
Not really similar but hey it gives off that feeling of dread. But The one in charge The High Ordained Chief thinks otherwise. He runs the planet like one big family.
Even though not everybody was related it's kinda like a title more than being related. He also runs the prison as a way of reformation. What does that mean you might ask?
He has a rule set in place that forces prisoners to work for their freedom. Sounds generous but the work they do puts them at risk of hypothermia or worse.
A basic explanation of the rule allows prisoners who do good at their work to get closer to freedom. While those who do poorly go down the list.
Dib and his family see themselves in this very situation. A situation that if they aren't careful will kill them. Which I know there are some of you that will be upset if he dies.
Being unbiased is difficult when Dib is utterly uncivilized. I've been hanging around The Elders for too long. I still love humans but Dib is the only one I dislike.
Now that we are done with a recap and summary of the story let's continue. We have a long way to go before this story reaches its conclusion.
We see inside of the ship where we can see Dib finally waking up. He couldn't fully process what was happening. "Ugh..what..happened?
"Why does my whole body hurt? "It feels like I was run over by a train. A pain filled Dib says as he tried standing back up. After a couple of seconds he is able to get to one knee.
Dib looked around to see where he was and it's here where he finally sees his Dad and Gaz. This makes him spring to life and quite rightly so.
"DAD! "GAZ! "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!? All of the other prisoners looked scared at the fact that Dib was opening his mouth. Me I would've been disgusted.
I know I know unbiased I kinda got a little confused. You know how it is. Dib taps Gaz and Professor Membrane even though they are frozen solid.
