Chapter 10

Chapter 10 Mad Woman

The trio hear another scream echoing from downstairs.

"Eddie."

Suddenly, Eddie's head appears, ripping out of the mattress laying on the room.

"Yo, wanna play loogie?"

It spits out black liquid burning everywhere it goes. The head begins to laugh maniacally as the liquid spreads the room, getting closer to us.

"Come on." Bill grabs the blonde's hand and runs as Richie follows to meet three doors: Not scary at all, Scary and Very scary.

"It's getting closer!" Eleanor squeals as she notices the burning liquid is very close to them and the two boys wide open the 'not scary at all' door.

"Where's my shoes?"

Bill turns on the light, since the room is full of darkness, but soon the three teenagers scream to see a woman hanging from her hands, where the lower part of her body is missing.

"Where are her legs?"

They jolt backwards, frightened, before Bill slams the door shut.

"Well, how are we gonna get out of here?"

"Why can't we go through these doors?" Eleanor questions, gesturing at the other two doors.

"We're not listening to this mad woman, okay?" Richie orders to Bill.

"I'm not a mad woman!" Annoyed, Eleanor yells at Richie.

"Guys, listen. This isn't real. Remember the missing kid poster? It wasn't real, so wasn't this." Bill explains.

"Come on. Ready." Bill grabs Richie's and the blonde's hands.

"No!" Richie mumbles as she turns on the door knob and opens the door to reveal an empty hallway. "Ah. Thank fuck."

"Help! Help!" Eddie's screams fill in the air, making them quickly make it downstairs.

"Eddie!" Richie yells as they arrive downstairs to meet the clown sitting in front of Eddie, who is on the floor.

It turns to the trio as he places his hand on Eddie's face. "This isn't real enough for you, Billy?" It lets out a laugh and then begins to fake cry. "I'm not real enough for you?"

"Holy shit!" Richie mumbles.

"It wasn't real enough for Georgie." The clown laughs maniacally.

Bill looks shocked as he stares at Pennywise. Eleanor holds Bill's hand tightly before the clown gets up and charges at them, bearing its sharp teeth.

Beverly comes out through a doorway and stabs into the face of the clown. It let out a painful cry as Mike, Ben and Stanley rushes into the room with horrified expressions on their faces.

"Get Eddie!"

The group runs past the clown to Eddie, who is crying still on the floor with a broken arm. They try to get Eddie on his feet, but then Pennywise turns around facing them with its messed up face.

All of them scream as it growls as claws begin to form in its hands. Swinging its head around, Pennywise laughs, enjoying the fear radiating from the group of kids before it slashes Ben right in the stomach.

"Ben!"

The clown slowly retreats from the door, staring at the kids with a satisfied smirk.

"Let's get out of here!"

"Don't let him get away!" Bill yells, chasing after it.

"Bill!" Eleanor screams as they all gather around Eddie.

"Bill! Bill!" Eddie yells through pain.

"Bill, we have to help Eddie!" Beverly shouts and Bill finally returns through the door, where Pennywise disappears and kneels in front of Eddie.

"I'm gonna snap your arm into place." Richie announces and Eddie glares at him, shaking his head in protest before exclaiming.

"Do not fucking touch me!"

"I'm just gonna-One, two, three!" Richie twists his arm. The born cracks and places back, making Eddie let out a loud and a very painful cry.

Soon, they all rush out of the house as Bill and Beverly help Eddie.

"What are we gonna do now?" She asks as they arrive the bicycles.

"Call Eddie's mom, I guess." Beverly replies.
