Story

Hey pookies! Your lovely author Rae is back. Also so so so sorry for the long wait and for not updating😞I was holiday and right after that I had to start prepping for school since it has opened just recently. Another thing I wanna address is I won't be updating much but I will whenever I get to, but I hope I'd still get the same support, anyways I'm talking to much so he we go with the next chapter.💋

"Alright, I'm leaving now byee!" You kiss Taehyung on the cheek before walking out of the house.

Jogging towards your car parked in a parking space close to the road, you got in and started driving.

After a few minutes, you arrived and got out of your car locking it before heading into the cafe. Your eyes searched the cafe as you spotted Hobi and made your way towards him.

"Hey Jen" He said faintly you almost felt sorry for him, "Hi hope" You chirp rather trying to lighten the mood. "So what do you wanna have" You asked putting your purse down and you got yourself seated, as you picked up the menu.

"Whatever you wanna have" You glance at him over your menu, "Okay then. Be right back" You say as you got up and went to the counter to place your order.

After ordering you returned back to the table, "Soo....how you feeling" You asked him observing his body language. He looks somewhat vulnerable and sad, which is the opposite of what he always was. Your heart ached seeing your best friend lose his spark.

He takes a deep breath as he looks out of the window of the cafe,"What can I say, I myself don't even know how I feel" He admits sadden which made you sad.

"Look, Hobi I know this is so hard on you and it's hard to take it in but it's okay to tell me how you feel. Don't suppress your feelings, you don't need to hide when you're with me you know. I need you to be vulnerable with me" You try encouraging him.

"I just......." He looks down fiddling with his fingers, "I just don't know why she suddenly ended things so unexpectedly" He started tearing up. "I loved her and I still do.....a lot" He admits as his tears rolled down his cheeks.

You got up and sar next to him, rubbing him back to comfort him. He sniffles, "It's okay, I know it hurts you can cry as much as you want" That's all it took. Just those words which made Hobi completely break down.

Your heart pained as you looked at your best friend, the one who was always glowing with happiness is now pale with sadness. Your eyes started tearing up hearing his faint sobs and constant shaking.

After a few minutes Hobi, Gathered himself. "You know, She did that for the best of the both of you and remember she was also in a vulnerable situation so you can't blame her" You trying convincing him. "You're right, actually" He turns to you with a faint smile.

"Thanks Y/n, you're the best" He said as you give him a little squeeze around him shoulder. "Well, I think it getting late now and I need to head back." You say getting up "Yeah, see you" He says getting up as well. "Bye" you smile before leaving the cafe.

When you arrive home you realize Taehyung is not home, so you went upstairs and took a shower and changed into some comfortable clothes before heading downstairs to cook.

You decided to make something light and not too over the deck, since you were sure Taehyung would return hungry. You dried your hands with the cloth as you took your phone out of you apron pocket as you opened it.

You see that see that Seoyeon has followed you on Insta and so you follow her back. Out of curiosity you clicked on her page, and that's when you saw her latest post which was 15 minutes ago and it was currently 8:15pm.

It was a picture that make you obnoxious. It was a pick of two people holding their coffees together, one hand was Seoyeon's hand and the other belonged to a male.

Not just any male's hand, but it was your boyfriend's hand. And how exactly did you know that because of the watch and the matching bracelet which he has gifted to you on your three month anniversary.

You looked at the caption, "🤍.". Typical  you thought. You put your phone down as you continued what you were doing although your mind was still on that post.

After a few minutes the food was ready and you decided to text Taehyung once again,since you already texted him a while ago. It's was currently 8:45, you decided to dish up yours and Taehyung's food as you put his plate across yours.

As you were eating you notice the front door opening, you look up to see Taehyung hanging his jacket onto the hanger next to the door as he took his shoes off and loosened his shirt's wrist buttons.

You continued eating, but then you notice him heading upstairs. "Aren't you gonna eat" You asked him he abruptly stops as he turns and looks at you, "No, I already ate" He said and goes upstairs without another word.

You sigh finishing you food as you cover Taehyung's and stored it in the fridge before washing your plate. After you wiped off the kitchen counter you headed upstairs to your shared bedroom, when you get there you see Taehyung already asleep.

You get in on your side of the bed facing him as you cupped the side of his face, admiring his beautiful features. Your handsome boyfriend, all yours.

"Goodnight my love" You muttered cuddling closer to Taehyung as he wraps him arm around your waist pulling you even closer.
