We can now concentrate on recovering the majority of our resources and building new ships to strengthen our imperial fleet and establish our dominance over space after Han Solo was captured, forcing the rebel forces to go into hiding, reducing their sphere of influence, and damaging their public image.

This leads to an increase in the number of shipyard raids as well, but Kuat is the main target. The majority of the rebels' ships that took part in the attack were either destroyed or rendered useless; therefore, the rebels were forced to pay a heavy price for their costly defeat. This was made possible by the defiant's ability to counterattack the raid.

Since Kuat and Fondor are our main shipyards for building our capital ships and many more variants, I heard a report that Lord Vader was assigned to Fondor while I was tasked with watching over Kuat and supervising the construction of the Eclipse class Dreadnought. The majority of our resources are devoted to defending our worlds, with agents and bounty hunters being sent out in exchange for credits to scout out the outer rim, find any rebel cells or activity, and deal with them.

As I was directing the construction of several ships that would be dispatched from the mid-rim to the outer rim, I received a call from the Emperor himself, who wanted to know how the Eclipse class was progressing. I informed him that 60% of the Kuat engineer and many labor workers who desired extra pay had contributed to the creation of the vessel itself, but even with that many numbers, it has only been five months since the project was given, and only about 19% of the vessel has been completed, and it was estimated that if we increase the working labor, we may increase the completion rate and maybe take less than 2 years to complete it if possible.

Satisfied with the project's outcome and appreciating its significance, the Emperor sent out a fleet that was now free to be assigned to reinforce the blockade and ensure that the rebels wouldn't have an opportunity to breach it and discover its existence. I initially thought that my defiants would be sufficient to counterattack another fleet in a combined defensive effort, but the Emperor persisted in informing me that I would now be in charge of this fleet, which was preparing to increase its armada. As a result of my contributions, he promoted me to the rank of Brigadier General in the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB), ensuring that I had the right authority to command this many ships.

The Emperor briefed me prior to the fleet's arrival, so while I waited for them, he provided me with information on them. The captain of the flagship Genesis, a Gladiator-class ship with two Arguiten light cruisers and one quasar-carrier, is among the officers who applied for the position of my first officer. The ship fleet is known as the Judgement Vanguard, and their squadron is known as the Bane Squadron. They have engaged in numerous skirmishes throughout the galaxy with very little loss of life. Despite having a small fleet, its ships indicate that dealing with rebel cells or fleeing rebels is its main priority.

When the Judgement Vanguard Fleet arrived in Kuat, a shuttle from the Genesis hangar was being followed by a fighter, which I assumed to be the Bane Squadron. I gave the order for the Storm Squadron to assume command of the Bane Squadron and train them in handling and policing the fleet. In my report, the female chiss was identified as Bra'ene'erer, but in the core world, she went by Aenee. She greeted me as soon as the shuttle touched down in the shipyard.

She and Grand Admiral Thrawn are strikingly alike. The Chiss are renowned for their sophisticated military strategies and abilities, and their ability to analyze the enemy is summed up in the famous "Know the enemy and know yourself in a hundred battles, you will never be in peril" quote.
