As soon as we sent out the first wave of troops to confront the rebels, we received reports that the rebels had ambushed them precisely from entrance four, resulting in their instant death. However, the platoon from entrance one to entrance three did not report any rebel activity, so I theorize that this is an elite task force with limited numbers.

However, why attack at this time? Since I anticipated that the troopers' wave would sap their enthusiasm and morale, I decided to send my Harbingers on their first mission to deal with them. A platoon of storm troopers was still insufficient to deal with this group, so the ground battle was initially not going well until the AT-ACT arrived to support the ground forces.

When we forced the rebels to flee with the AT-ACT's assistance, that's when I saw X Wing flying through the shield gate. After giving Storm Squadron the order to eliminate the enemy fighters and halt their ground support so they could not land, I gave the tie reapers the all-clear to launch the Harbingers into combat.

As I direct the Storm Squadron into combat with the assistance of an experimental TIE striker squadron, I give the pilot of the TIE reapers instructions to land in a specific area of the beach in order to prevent the rebels from escaping and confine them to a small area.

As a result of the rebel fighters, most of the AT-ACT was destroyed, leaving us to rely solely on the fighters and ground forces. Although I was tempted to send my Power Guards, it would be best for them to remain close to me in case any rebels tried to kill me. According to reports, the Storm Squadron has been eliminating Rebel Fighters one by one and avoiding them with such efficiency that the Rebel Fighters were confused by the shifts in their flight patterns.

As for the Harbinger troopers, I was told by their ground commanding officer that they had been able to quickly reduce the rebel numbers and that they had only suffered minor injuries rather than any casualties.

It will take time for the rebels to realize that their presence in Scarif is pointless, so when I learned that someone had broken into the tower and was accessing the database, it shocked me. I was afraid that they would learn about the existence of the power guards, so I dispatched my power guards to accompany Director Krenic and his death troopers to deal with the rebels' desperation.

I now know why they detonated and attacked the landing zone—it was a diversion for the infiltration team. With that in mind, I requested that any Storm Squadron pilot launch a bombing run directly at the rebels who were hiding behind cover to put an end to this. I noticed the explosion as one of the pilots responded and completed his bombing run, and I asked the Harbinger Troopers to rendezvous and proceed to execute any survivors. I asked to speak with The Renaissance as soon as I had word that all of the rebel forces on the ground, including the aerial fighters, had been defeated.

There are no words to describe how sad it makes me to see a ship like the Renaissance disappear, but as soon as I tried to get in touch with them, I saw my ship crash into the shield. I then came to the conclusion that the space battle was lost after my ship was destroyed because I had anticipated that the rebel forces would send another wave to exact revenge on their fallen, but all I could see was that the rebel fleet was about to depart until...

The death star.

I saw that the Death Star was headed straight for Scarif, so I got my shuttle ready, asked to be evacuated from Scarif, and told my Harbinger Troopers to get into their tie reapers and head for the Devastator, the Lord Vader flag ship, which had just arrived and was cutting down the rebel fleet. They were to meet me there.

Upon arriving at the Devastator hangar bay, where Storm Squadron was securely docked, I was advised to proceed to the bridge for a debriefing. Captain Shaef Corssin greeted me as I approached the bridge and informed me that Lord Vader was leading a boarding party towards the rebel flagship, which was confirmed to be the Profundity. I witnessed a Corvette-class ship launch and make an escape through hyperspace while I was observing the ship.
