Hindi naman nagback-out si Celine.
She just met the whole Ruiz clan and she looked like the angel sent from above. Everybody liked her.

"Excuse me lang ulit." Napapailing na sabi nito. Nakaupo na sila sa sasakyan niya ng tumigil sila sa pagtawa. They were both crazily smiling and laughing at each other earlier.
He's happy. So he hopes she's that happy too.
Pareho silang napatingin sa isa't isa. He clasped her left hand with his own and entwined their fingers. It fit. Perfectly.

"Can we talk?"
Umikot ang mga mata ko.
"I'm not gonna jump on you and have sex. Well, not today."
Bumuga ako ng hangin. Nakatitig kami pareho sa kisame.
"Anong gusto mong pag-usapan?" He was toying with my hand and we were on my bed. Cuddling and doing small talk. Small talk!
First time na hindi kami tumakbo sa kama para mag-sex.
"Did you like Vito?"
Natigilan ako sa sinabi nito. He said it so fast and so straight na hindi ako nakapagsalita. At ng marealize ko yun ay bigla akong natawa.
"What's funny?"
"Obvious ba? Syempre yung tanong mo."
"So ano ngang sagot? Nagka-crush ka ba sa kanya nung college? Siya ba yung tinutukoy niyang crush mo daw?"
Nanlaki yung mga mata ko at napailing. "Vito said something about a crush?" Papatayin ko talaga yung lalaking yon.

Tahimik lang si Miko for a time. We were just both playing with our fingers on the bed while we were looking at the ceiling.
