Gin Akutagawa POV

My hand moves to my head, rubbing it.

My eyes wander around the room.

Teruko.

Where'd she go?

Crap!

We better not have been separated!

We're not doing some stupid goose chase.

"Teruko?"

My voice is weaker than normal.

If I'm right about falling through the ground then it makes sense.

Just then the piled ruble a few feet from me starts to move.

Eventually a large piece on the top is thrown off.

Slamming into one of the concrete walls.

Teruko steps up onto some of the ruble.

She looks like hell.

But she seems to be moving fine.

Her head is bleeding, as well as a few places on her arms and legs.

She's covered in dust and I'd definitely imagine bruises.

Any normal person would probably be out cold.

Or at least concussed.

But she seems perfectly fine.

Like it's nothing more than a mere scratch.

Though I can definitely tell she's pissed.

"The ground broke and then this?! How the hell does it just start to explode midair?!!"

Yeah.

Definitely pissed.

"UGHHH!!!"

She screams.

I've certainly taken my own opinion of this being a better way of getting out her anger rather than fighting people.

Aka me.

She'd have to fight me.

Of which she's already tried before when she kept getting irritated.

Complaining about having to do this mission in the first place.

Though I didn't blame her.

I just kept getting annoyed at the continuous trying to fight me.

But I kinda miss it now.

After everything's that been going on the carefree and I guess fun part of this whole is gone.

"Gin?"

She calls out.

Looking around for a moment before laying her eyes on me.
