This entire situation couldn't get any worse could it?

Gin just had to get hurt so badly that she won't be able to carry on.

This sucks!

"Vice-commander, I know this situation just seems to get worse, but we do now have a bigger advantage than before."

Ugh!

How does this guy always know what I'm thinking?!

"How so?"

Jouno raises his hand, gesturing to the concrete hall behind us.

"We didn't know there were tunnels down here before. Neither did we have any access to them. Now we know they're here and we have a way in and out of them. That's a far bigger advantage point then we did before. Not to mention that the chances of Tachihara and Tanizaki being down here are far greater than ever."

UGH!

I HATE IT WHEN HES RIGHT!!!

"I suppose you're right. I'd just prefer to find such things without putting someone in such horrible shape she can't go further."

The stupid smile on Jouno's face fades at my words.

"That poses a question, vice-commander. How come you didn't go on, on your own?"

I look up at him with what I can guess is the most annoyed expression in the world.

Shouldn't it be obvious?

"Tachihara."

Tecchou says bluntly from beside Jouno.

Well, he wasn't there before but now he is.

And Jouno does not seem pleased.

"Can you not stand right beside me? Your heart beat is annoying."

"I can stop-"

"That's not what I said."

If Jouno had eyes he'd be glaring daggers into Tecchou's skull.

Though somehow he already does that without eyes.

It's kinda impressive sometimes.

Though I'd never, ever tell him that.

"Anyway-"

He basically glares at Tecchou again.

Who doesn't notice.

Dense and oblivious idiot.

Only Tachihara can actually stand him.

But Tachihara's a kind soul, so I presume he's like that with pretty much everyone.

"If it truly is about Tachihara, then we should find him. I'm sure he'll be more than happy to hear you treated her nicely cause of him."
