"I fell in love today
with a someone
as bright as the sun
eyes like the moon

They were the stars
in a crowd of darkness
that is everyone else
They don't believe so

But something tells me
it's my job
to make them believe
that they burn bright
enough to be my light."

Donghyuck was discharged from the hospital as scheduledㅡ two days after Christmas Eve. Despite repeating how great he felt, the dizziness returned every now, and then when he got out of bed. Also, the massive bruises on his body still hurt when touched. However, Donghyuck being a fighter managed the pain that could be sometimes unbearable.

A court case regarding severe violence towards a boy resulted in the imposition of probation supervision on Jiwoong, and Younghoon for inappropriate behavior, adding participation in educational, and therapeutic activities.

Life returned to normal for both teenagers. They could enjoy the time spent together, and with their friends even more. When visiting Yuta's house for the first time, Donghyuck did not expect that he would be kissed by Mrs. Nakamoto at the very  doorstep. The four of them spent time composing further song lyrics, occasionally having a little karaoke in the room (being grateful that Yuta lived in a house instead of an apartment that the neighbors could constantly complain about).

Finally, the day Donghyuck had been looking forward to comeㅡ the last day of the year, which meant a house party in the company of his grandmother, and his beautiful girlfriend.

It was late morning when the boy managed to take a shower, and dry his long hair with a towel when the doorbell rang, meaning  only one thing. Throwing a towel around his neck, he glided down the stairs towards the door, stopping Mrs. Lee on the way as she was about to open the door for him. Pulling the door handle, Sumi appeared before him, and gasped dramatically, covering her mouth.

"What is it?" Donghyuck asked, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Hello, my nerdy boyfriend." Sumi whispered seductively, leaning in to place a kiss on his cheek. Donghyuck blushed, not expecting such a greeting, closing the door behind the girl who already invited herself inside.

"Looking insanely handsome today, I see. Cool glasses rest on your nose, indeed." She added, smirking victoriously while walking backwards for a split second as to not miss his reaction.

"Oh, yeah." Donghyuck whispered to himself, realizing what all the fuss was about. Pushing his glasses up his nose, he followed the girl into the kitchen.

"Nice to see you, darling."  Mrs. Lee smiled broadly as she stirred the salad. "Matching hoodies, how sweet."

"Good morning! Will grandma agree to bake cookies with me? I found a good recipe on the Internet." Sumi suggested, feeling excited at the thought of baking together.
