Her Sol always shines so brightly in the blue sky. He can't seem to stay still for as long as a minute, always having to move around. Moving from one place to another. He was always a buzz of excitement and filled with joyness. Picking up others and making them laugh.

His Luna always loves it. The way he cares for everyone around him and to make sure they are okay with a smile on their face. He always made her shine with his light. Make her smile shine so brightly that he always seemed to melt. How she always knows when he was in an act; trying to keep up a good mood with everyone else rather than himself.

He seemed to always forget about himself. His Luna took the time with him and made sure he could shut down and restart himself before adventure out to the world again. Her fingers lightly ran down his chest as he took in deep breath while his eyes closed, finding comfort in her soft touch. Her eyes roamed his features to see what he was feeling at that moment as her fingers traveled up to his neck before going up his head. Lightly grazing her nails against his scalp as she felt his body relax under her. His warm hands cupping her cold ones with a smile on his face.

Her Sol was her muse. In every aspect of her life, he was the center of it. His dark brown colored eyes seemed to always light itself whenever he was looking at her. The way he stared at her when she's always down with her emotions and seemed to always want to help her get out of her funk.

His Luna was mostly in her funk, kept her mouth shut and had a blank stare with a thin line that he could always tell that something was wrong. She always seemed to push him away when she was in this phase. Never wanting to talk and curled up in a ball to not warn him that her face was stained with tears of her own as her thoughts took over her mind. Thinking he deserved someone who wasn't like her, someone better. She always thought he should be with someone else who doesn't always bring the mood down around him, doesn't always shut down whenever he tries to talk to her; to get to understand how she is feeling in that moment.

She doesn't deserve someone who is kind, thoughtful, and always seemed to protect her. Her thoughts were like demons trying to push her down until she was left in her bed all day staring at the ceiling as music played in her ears. Her words couldn't keep up with her, couldn't speak what she was feeling. To which she always says the wrong words at the wrong time trying to understand her own emotions. She felt numb to everything. She can't seem to feel any type of emotions, whatsoever. All she felt was her beating heart that beat too fast until the point where she felt it across her body and heard the rhythm of its beats. They way her hands shook along those beats as well. It's as if her mind was on autopilot and her body was fully out of control and couldn't keep up with her brain.

All his Luna wanted was to feel his warmth in that moment but her mind battled with her. Saying abusive words to her causing her to keep her mouth shut and her hands on her lap as her fingers messed with her rings. Cracking her knuckles when fear overtook her. Nothing in the world could keep her happy it seems. Not even herself. Besides one thing; one person.

Her Sol tried and tried everything he could to keep her smile on her face but nothing ever worked these days. His light slightly drained away as he looked at her. A frown danced on his face as her eyes stared off into nothingness. Talking was no good. It seemed like nothing was ever good to keep her in a good mood. No spark was left behind her eyes anymore. It seems like she was slipping away past his fingertips and towards pure darkness.

And there was nothing that he could do to stop it. Which pains him deeply. He couldn't stand watching her tearing herself apart. His feet took him away from her and he walked and walked far away from her. His tears ran down his face as his walking turned into jogging and then his jogging turned into running until he couldn't run anymore and collapsed onto the ground. Dirt covering his blue jeans and olive skin colored hands.

Her Sol deserves better than His Luna. Even if they were just friends...

Even if it's too late for her to change for him; let her mind go to pure silence.
