Toby's POV

Well it's been a week since we've been here in Venice Beach. My dad called me this morning and told me that Robert was finally caught! So now we can all go home. Even though I'm ready to go back, I'm actually gonna miss this place. It was a great unplanned vacation but maybe we'll revisit it. We had a great time here going to the beach and everything. We're all packed up and we loaded our stuff up in the van.

"Boy am I glad to go home!" I said feeling pumped.

"Me too, it's been a blast here but I'm missing LA!" She laughed.

"So Robert has been arrested for real Toby?" Josh asked.

"Yeah, we wont have to worry about him no more." I said.

"I feel relieved. I knew we could count on Toby's papi!" Carmen said.

"I told you guys that everything was gonna workout soon." I said. "Right Zack?"

"Yeah you're right Toby." He smiled.

Alice gave him a big kiss. "I told you to be patient." She giggled.

"Alright, is everyone set?" I looked around.

"Yeah." They all said.

We all climbed into the van and hit the road. It's gonna be a long drive but that's okay.

We finally made it back to LA. I'm super tired from all of that driving. We were back at my house and Lita and I unpacked our stuff.

"Home sweet home!" I said.

"Tell me about it!" Lita laughed.

"So, what now?" I looked over at her.

She looked at me and grinned. She slid closer to me and stared into my soul. "What?" I started laughing.

She bit her bottom lip and climbed on top of me. "Woah slow down cowgirl!" I giggled. "We just got home!"

"So?" She softly said.

"So... We have to go see about Hector." I said while holding her.

"I know, but just for a second. Please?" She kissed me.

"Okay fine." I laughed.

We kissed for about a minute. But it was interrupted by my phone ringing.

"Ugh every time!" Lita groaned.

"I may need to get a new phone, this one seems to have bad timing." I chuckled.

I looked at the screen and saw that it was dad! "Hang on it's my dad!" I smiled. "Hey dad!"

"Hey son, how did you enjoy the beach house?" He asked.

"It was awesome! We had a great time!" I said.

"That's good to hear, but listen I have something important to tell you and it may come to a shock." He said.

"What is it?" I raised my eyebrow.

"Well you remember when I told you this morning that Robert was getting arrested?" He said.

"Yes." I slowly said.

"Well he somehow got away, but on the bright side we're closing in on him to officially bring him back down." He explained.

"What do you mean he escaped dad?!" I nearly yelled making Lita look at me.

"Son he's a really smart criminal, but he won't get far and he can't hide anywhere. We put a tracker on his car so we'll know his whereabouts." He explained.
