Toby's POV

Me and Lita was over at Tori's house because today, my niece Tiara is going to the school dance. It's six in the evening and it's dark but a bit cold and windy outside. Lita and I were sitting in the living room with Beck and Trina as we were waiting.

"So Beck, are you happy for your daughter?" I asked him.

"Yeah, my little girl is growing up." He said.

"Tori took her to get her nails done, and now she's helping her get ready." Trina explained.

"I know she's excited." Lita said.

"Yeah kind of." Beck shrugged.

"Kind of?" Lita and I looked at him.

"It's still bothering her that she doesn't have a date." Trina said.

"Ah, Tori did tell me that." I said.

"Maybe some boy will asked to dance with them once she gets there." Lita crossed her legs.

"She doesn't need a boy to have a great time, she can just take one of her old stuffed animals instead." Beck joked.

"Seriously Beck?" Trina shook her head.

"She definitely won't do that." I laughed.

"What time does the dance start anyway?" Lita asked.

"It's starts at 7:30." Trina said.

"Well I know that Tiara will have a great time with her friends." I said.

"Yeah but her friends all have dates themselves." Trina said. "So she kind if feel like an outcast."

"She shouldn't though." Lita said.

"Yeah I'm sure her friends won't forget about her." I said.

"And that's what she's worried about." Trina sighed.

Tiara's POV

My mom and I are in my room and she's getting me ready for the dance. I had on a pretty dress and she was finishing up my hair as I sat at my vanity mirror.

"Honey listen to me, it's okay that you don't have a date." Mom said.

"I just, don't want to be an outcast." I said.

"You're not sweetie." She smiled. "And besides, you have your friends."

"But they all have a boy that they are going to be with." I sighed. "I'm scared that they might ditch me."

"That's not going to happen, I promise." She looked me in the eyes.

I just shrugged and kept looking in my mirror. I don't want to go without a date, if Nadia sees me there solo she's not going to let me live it down!

"And done!" I heard my mom say. "Do you like it?"

She finished my hair and I was looking at it. It was awesome! I nodded as I kept admiring it.

"Oh come on, smile! Cheer up!" Mom poked my side.

I giggled. "Thanks mom, I look beautiful!"

I hugged her and stood to my feet. I looked at the time and it's almost seven.

"Okay I better get going." I said.

We both headed downstairs so I could get ready to go.
