{Please keep in mind that the mirror dimension is the bridge between a lot of universes. Mister Emily is from a different franchise (iykyk), but it's unimportant to know who he is :] Have fun reading!}
In Mister Emily's workshop, the man was checking into Tamari's hardware, while the android was sitting on the wooden desk covered in unfinished blueprints. Everything in the mechanics looked just the same, all the wires were in place and no scratches were apparent. "Nothing seems to be wrong with you, Tamari," he said calmly as he closed the skin plates of their body.
"Issues are visibly present!" Tamari insisted. "Program has been tampered, infested, invisibly, without presence of a soul's pupil!" They clasped their hands together as they looked up at the man with all their eyes open. "I plead, continue your search for the error. It's an urgency, I don't want this to take over." They sounded more human than ever, their voice shaky as they were desperate for help. "I beg."
Mister Emily sighed. "I know and I'm sorry, but I can't fix a problem I can't see. You haven't been tempered with at all, as far as I know." He gazed at the android in pity. "Are you sure it's not your own self having these thoughts?"
"Bite your tongue!" They felt immediate disgust just at the thought of it. "Never would anyone even own the idea of returning to jahannam, unless they were ill, and I visibly am!"
He slowly shook his head. "As much as I understand your concern, I can't fix you."
Just as Tamari was about to talk back, someone knocked on the door. "Come in," Mister Emily called.
Nana opened the door. "Hi. We need help with our VHS cassette," she stated as she walked into the workshop, Cakey following close behind her. She looked over to Tamari sitting on the desk. "Hi to you too, Tam."
"Hi!" Tamari exclaimed, quickly switching from their previous emotional state to their casual self.
Another sigh escaped Mister Emily's lips. "Of course, hand it over." He reached out his hand with his palm up, and Nana gave it to him.
"The cassette spat the tape out," Cakey explained, using more of a serious tone.
The man chuckled, his eyes fixated on the cassette without glancing up at Cakey. "You mean it ejected the tape?" he corrected.
"Yes..." she nodded awkwardly, figuring that she should perhaps introduce herself to the stranger. "My name is Flower."
Mister Emily bothered to look up into Cakey's eyes now, and he froze at the sight of the familiar face. His gaze shifted to her skin, her hair, her face shape, and it all seemed way too familiar. His body stiffened and he gulped, shaking his head as he turned his back towards her, walking up to his desk to begin working without a word.
Cakey's brows slightly furrowed in confusion at his behavior, and she looked over to Tamari, who was putting their hoodie back on. He must've been a loyal client. "Are you their creator?" she asked out of curiosity.
"No, nonono... not me," Mister Emily answered. Usually he'd laugh whenever people would assume that, but right now, he wasn't in the mood for that. "Has he not told you yet?"
It made sense, since Tamari called their creator a "she" whenever they complained about her. So Mister Emily must've been nothing but an acquaintance who occasionally helped Tamari get repaired. Who was his creator then?
Cakey's head turned to face Tamari, who then avoided to look into her eyes, like they didn't even want to start this conversation.
"Aw, c'mon, Tamari," Nana said, ignoring their discomfort in this current situation. "Cakey deserves to know. She's our friend."
