Chapter 20

Chan's pov
"hyunjin" I yelled hitting the elevator door...i saw him...i just saw hyunjin with some girl entering the elevator...but I could not catch him...damn it.
I immediately run toward the stairs...all I am thinking about right now is to see him...i need to make check if he is my hyunjin.
"slow down" I almost crashed with one of the workers but I did not care to stop or apologize.
"prince" I said as soon as I reached the parking lot...i looked around trying to catch my breath...but he was nowhere to be found.

I...i lost him...he was so close to me and I lost him...I fell to my knees clenching my hands hard...damn it...if I was faster I would have caught up with him... God knows when I will see him again.
I heard footsteps behind me echoing throughout the place...somehow they sounded different...they were light...as if it belonged to some kind of fighter...i jumped on my feet immediately I didn't want anyone to see me like this...i rubbed my eyes trying to get rid of the tears forming in them.
As soon as I looked back I saw a raven man with wearing a black suit.
"I will be damned"he said, his voice was surprisingly deeper than I thought i would...he was looking at me with wide eyes...what is wrong with him?
"are you okay Mr?" I asked scanning him.

"you..."he stopped shaking his head" those damn gods must have lost their damn minds" he murmured but I managed to catch his words.... clearly this man is crazy.
I was about to walk away but he grabbed me by my arm" hey wait...what is your name?" he asked, I glanced at his hand then back to him.
"why?" I asked back...I didn't intend to sound rude but at this moment I am hell of pissed....i just lost hyunjin for god's sake.
"do you work here?" he said letting go of me.
"yes...and my name is bangchan...sorry for sounding rude" I answered.

"did you...did you meet up with someone called han jisung before?" he asked making me raise my eyebrow.
"no" I replied shaking my head.
"are you sure?" he asked again.
"yes I am" I said confused...what is his deal?
"alright...sorry to bother you....my name is lee Felix"he said with a wide smile...he is changbin's new partner as I heard from yeri" it is nice to meet you...we are going to meet up a lot from now on...have a great day"he added sounding amused.
I just watched the man walk away without answering him...

Han's pov
"please say something hyung" jeongin said looking at seungmin nervously.
"I am a demi-god...and you are an alien" the man said staring at me...he asked me this for god knows how many times? Jeongin and I just told him about everything and I think we traumatized him.
"yes seungmin" I answered nodding my head.
"this is absurd...i don't believe it" he said getting up.
"jeongin is a freaking hybrid and you find the rest hard to believe" I said tilting my head.
"you are telling me that gods aliens...multiverse supernatural  and time travel are real jisung....you are telling me that my whole life here is a lie....my memories with my family...with my brother"he paused as tears fell down his cheeks"he is not even my brother damn it"he added shaking his head.

"I apologize about that but it is the truth...you are my mate...i am still trying to figure out how this happened...but I am sure of it" I said trying to take his hand into mine but he took a step back.
"I...i don't know what to say or do...i...i need time" seungmin said running out of the room...we barely managed to convince him to come with us....i had to compel his boss to tell him off work today alongside Jeongin.
"you should have told him about Felix" the younger said as both of us watched seungmin leave....well I may or may not didn't get in details about lee...i just told him the gods tried to bond me with my enemy...he didn't ask about him too...so why bother?
"Felix is not important..."
"you were the one who decided that jisung hyung who told you that I don't want him...he is my mate and I want to get to meet him" he cut me off taking me off guard.

"jeongin you don't understand...that man is selfish and full of himself...i can't be with him...we can't mix...."
"the gods tried to bond you clearly they thought you were meant to be...who are you to question that? They gave you a chance to finally put an end to your difference but the both of you are too stubborn to see that" he cut me off again.
"Felix and I will never work jeongin...you can't mix light and darkness" I murmured.
"well good for you...but I want to meet him he is my mate...i have no idea how we got into this mess but I have no plan of giving up on either of you...so deal with it" jeongin said.
