The ring of her cell phone woke JJ up later that day, she rolled to her side to read the alarm clock. Seven Pm, she moaned realizing she probably wasn't going to sleep tonight... Finally reaching for her phone she answered not bothering to check the collar ID.

"Hello?" JJ groaned.

"Jennifer dear hi!" Her mother spoke excitedly into the phone.

"Morning mom." JJ replied slipping out of the bed careful not to wake Spencer, she slipped out the room grabbing Spencer's T shirt along the way.

She walked into the living room throwing the phone on speaker so she could pull the shirt over her head. "Sorry to call so late, but your father and I just wanted to let you and Spencer know that we are coming to visit next week."

JJ starred wide eyed at the phone before responding. "That's kinda short notice don't you think? And besides we don't have anywhere for you guys to sleep."

"Your father, sister, and I will be staying in a hotel not too far from you two. You can show us around the city!"

"Thanks for involving me in your decision mom." JJ replied rolling her eyes.

"Jenny please, we just miss you. And we are visiting your uncle for Christmas so we won't see you then either." Her father cut in.

JJ took the phone off speaker and headed into the kitchen to find some food. "Ok..."

"Thank you Jenny! We love you and see you next week." Sandy took the phone back with a smile while thanking her daughter.

After wishing their goodbyes JJ hung up the phone and threw it on the counter. Suddenly her stomach churned and JJ dry heaved into the sink. "JJ?! "Spencer called from the living room.

When she didn't respond he headed into the kitchen to find her hunched over the sink. "JJ! Are you okay?"

"Yeah," she replied wiping her mouth. "My family is coming to visit."

Spencer felt JJ's forehead looking for a fever. "So you just threw up?" He asked confused.

"They're coming next week... It just suddenly stressed me out that's all." She replied. "I'm going to go brush my teeth."

"Do you want dinner?" Her boyfriend asked as he watched her walk down the hallway admiring her body in nothing but his shirt.

"Mac and cheese!" She replied without turning around.

A short while later JJ and Spencer sat curled up in the couch eating their bowls of kraft dinner. "So I had a thought..." JJ started. "I should get a job. It's so boring at home by myself."

"Are you sure? You and Gypsy seem to be getting along great!" Spencer joked as he watched the cat creep over to the bowls they had laid on the ground and started licking the cheese out of it. "If we don't kill her first." JJ looked up at him with a pouted lip. "I wanted you to get a job when you were out all night... I figured it would keep you in and we could have more moments like this."

JJ leaned up to kiss his cheek. "I know the school covers all our expenses, but it was just a thought. I'll keep a look out and if anything I really like comes along I'll take it."

"We should go out tomorrow." Spencer suggested suddenly. "Like a date night, my classes end early and it's been a while since we've really gone on one."

JJ smiled brightly twisting to straddle her boyfriends lap before kissing him deeply. "I'd love to."
