Chapter 17: Demi... God's problem

Percy's POV

The camp still hadn't calmed down yet, Everyone looked at me as if I was some kind of an enigma, A legend, If returning Zeus' lightning bolt made me known, then receiving a one-on-one class with Artemis made me KNOWN.

I was dubbed 'An Eunuch' someone who sacrificed his manhood just to get closer to the Goddess of the Moon.

The rumours were slowly spreading, But I didn't bother to stop them, Out of ignorance, They'd believe whatever they wanted till they got proof, I don't have that energy.

Then Aphrodite Kids came and called it an act of love, Then I was dubbed 'The Lover' they removed the ending 'boy' because they thought I wasn't one anymore.

Narrators POV

This was just ONE of the Progression.

His day was scheduled as so, he'd wake up early and spend time with Thalia before Apollo came out on his chariot.

They'd do everything training, talking, going for walks, it was small but it went a really long way for Thalia, Percy had fixed her pride it took a day or two of beating her while he was seriously disadvantaged for her to know powers were nothing if not backed up by skill, Who else to show her skill than someone who fought for his life daily from a young age till date

But Thalia liked spending time with him, It felt so right for some reason, She'd sometimes not sleep or wake up hours before they met just to spend time with him.

After spending time with Thalia, He would lock himself in his cabin, Meditating, this was a tip from Chaos.

She said 'Your true power lies in your soul, Meditating will help you connect to your soul'

If working out strengthens the body, meditation strengthens the soul.

Through Meditation, Percy realized he had a soul that his body couldn't really handle.

He would get stronger by strengthening his physical body, His goal was to awaken his soul.

His meditation lasted for as long as Annabeth and Clarisse didn't come to pull him out of his cabin for breakfast.

After Breakfast, he'd hang out with The two of them, They had been acting strangely to Percy they no longer gave themselves looks of jealousy from time to time, So Percy guessed they were already giving up, There was that bit of hurt in his heart, But it was swept way when he realized he still got to keep them both as friends.

During the day before lunch, Artemis had him for 30 minutes, where he'd show her all he had learned from the previous day and she'd correct them, In just a few days, Percy could match world-renowned humans in Archery roughly being as good as some kids of Apollo.

After that he'd go for lunch, He was always late so he'd see Annabeth, Thalia and Clarisse sitting on his table and Blue pancakes waiting for him.

He'd ignored the whispers of the other campers hating the fact it was empowering, although it was the wrong side of him.

After eating they talked and trained, and then he'd end up in a three vs one battle, He never won, But they also didn't, He'd tell them to use the time to see what they were doing wrong, While he defended himself slightly.

Then he'd excuse himself, and go to his favourite moon-gazing spot to talk to Chaos, He could have done it whenever he wanted while doing anything during the day, But he wanted to have time just for her, And he had no idea how happy she was from his little gestures.
