Chapter 26: Fists and Madness; Throwing hands with a God.

Narrator's POV

The trip with Apollo went nicely, Without Thalia, Who Apollo felt was the ideal driver, He had to drive by himself.

They were in Long Island in no time.

When they landed, They saw Percy and Thalia waiting for them beside the car.

They flew here... For the most part, Percy looked excited, for the first time, he used his wings and he liked it, His wings could be any colour he wanted, but they looked as if they were covered in Chaos material if he wanted it to be 'normal'

Yes, his wings look like they were made from the universe.

Flying with wings felt so much different from levitating; He was faster, too; his wings felt like extra arms, so he could move them flexibly; it wasn't so bad.

At least not for him.

Thalia wanted to die; she fell four times, Percy caught her four times, and there was sweat dripping down the sides of her forehead; her smile was stiff, and She could still feel her heart beating from the adrenaline.

"Why does she look like that?" Grover immediately rushed to his friend, "She looks like she saw hell"

"More like she fell from heaven... 4 times"

Percy shrugged; her fear of heights was bad, really bad. There were times she'd fly normally for a while, But the moment she realised she was above the clouds, she'd panic.

"Are you okay?" Grover asked her, but she didn't move; she stared silently, She had never tree mode.

"She'll get used to it."

Thalia perked up at Percy's statement, "We are NEVER doing that again"

"How can you fly? Even your father can't fly... D-did you get a blessing from... Her?"

Although Apollo didn't like Percy, it wasn't because of anything Percy did; Apollo was sure if it wasn't because his sister was being forced to marry this kid, they'd be good friends.

Percy didn't want to bother explaining; he didn't know how he did them. He just did, But saying Chaos gifted it to him wasn't a bad idea; he nodded, Once again reminding Apollo that Chaos, The creator, for some reason, was fond of this boy.

"I see"

Apollo said nothing else; if the boy has received blessings from the creator, then he is truly untouchable.

Their first goal was to meet Chiron.

"I know Chiron," Zoe said stiffly. "Tell him we will be in Cabin Eight. Hunters, follow me."

"I'll show you the way," Grover offered.

"We know the way."

"Oh, really, it's no trouble. It's easy to get lost here if you don't"—he tripped over a canoe and came up still talking—"like my old daddy goat used to say! Come on!"

Zoe rolled her eyes, but I guess she figured there was no getting rid of Grover. The Hunters shouldered their packs and their bows and headed off toward the cabins. As Bianca di Angelo was leaving, she leaned over and whispered something in her brother's ear. She looked at him for an answer, but Nico just scowled and turned away.

"Take care, sweethearts!" Apollo called after the Hunters. He winked at Thalia. "Watch out for those, Thalia. I'll see you soon."

"What do you mean?"

Percy asked, He and Thalia looking at the Sun God curiously

Instead of answering, he hopped back on the bus. "Later, Thalia," he called. "And, uh, be good!"
