A/N
Okay guys, I AM SO SORRY! I have been meaning to update for forever but my relatives from out of town came in and I have been spending all my time with them. And I apologize some more because soon I am going to Montana to visit my friends and family I left behind when I moved. This trip will last two weeks before I come back home and go to a four week summer camp. In short, the next six weeks are going to be kind of hectic so my updates may be at insane times. BUT I WILL UPDATE! I will update as much as possible. I have been working on several chapters in my notebook over the past week so I will update them all at once to compensate for the time lapse. Thank you so much for reading, it means a lot to me.
Prim POV
As I walked through the hallway I thought about what Haymitch had said. Did I really think I could survive? No. I know that it is pointless to even think about winning, I was about to walk into a death trap. The Games were made to kill all who enter, even the "survivor". The survivor doesn't really survive. He or she will have to deal with the nightmares, the trauma, and the knowledge that they were a murderer for the rest of their life. Suddenly, I was snapped out of my trance when my face collided with a wall. Bewildered, I looked around and saw that I had entered a glass car. Since the wall I had ran into was glass, I had not seen it in my hazy state. I spotted some chairs in the center of the room and walked over to them, Sitting down felt like heaven as these chairs were remarkably soft and comfortable. The scenery was amazing and I decided to sit and watch the sun gradually set.
