The last thing you remembered was the ground suddenly opening again and falling through another dark tunnel. You couldn't even process what was happening until it was already too late to call to your friends.

"Ahhhhhhhh-ow!" Just as quickly as you fell through the ground again, you landed right on the stone floor of some other room.

"They could at least add some cushioning down here, geez." You silently cursed yourself and struggled to stand up.

"Where am I anyways? It's a lot darker here than it was up there." After a minute or two of struggling, you managed to pull yourself up and look around. Though you could barely make out anything, the entire area was pitch black.

"I can't even see my own two hands. Is this some kind of dungeon?" You really hoped not. Of all the terrible things that could happen, that would be the worst.

"Well, I can't stick around here that's for sure. I need to find my way back before I get some unwanted attention." You immediately thought back to Vector, he was the one who brought you here, you were sure of that. And there was no doubt that he'd try to corner you while you were alone.

Despite the total darkness surrounding you, you were determined to find your way back. So you stuck your hands out and tried to find a wall. A wall could lead you somewhere, maybe even someplace with more light. After a few seconds of squandering around trying to find one, your hands eventually made contact with a stone surface.

You felt yourself grin. "Perfect! Now where should I go? This place seems really big and I could easily get lost if I'm not careful."

You pondered for a bit, trying to reason with yourself which direction would be the better option. But to be honest, there could be traps laid out almost everywhere so it didn't really matter which path you chose. And with your eyesight obscured by the darkness, you'd have to be extra careful to avoid them which meant relying heavily on your other senses.

A sigh escaped your lips. "So in the end it doesn't matter which way I go. It could be hazardous anywhere anyway." That realization made you stop over thinking, and instead you chose to listen to your gut instincts. "Heh, I guess I just have to take my chances." In the end you decided to take the left passage, but every step you took was deliberately slow. You didn't want to risk triggering anything so you had to be careful, even your breathing had slowed down and you began to listen attentively.

"Alright, if I continue like this, I might just find my way." As you stuck to the wall and moved forward, a strange feeling overcame you and you abruptly stopped. Something didn't seem right. It was as if the atmosphere had suddenly changed. You remained still and listened closely.

"Was it just my imagination?" You took a few more steps.

'Huh, are my footsteps really that loud?' You thought. Each step you took sounded a lot louder than it should have. It continued to bother you until you stopped again. Shivers ran through your entire body.

"H-hold on a minute.... w-why is there-?" You tensed up and clung to wall even more. Even though you stopped walking, there were still footsteps echoing through the rooms. And what was worse was that they seemed to be heading towards you,

"Ah!" There was another jolt of pain in your chest.

"What-?" Sure enough, your mark had begun to glow again. And that only meant one thing--Vector was nearby. After lying and escaping his clutches, you couldn't even begin to imagine what he'd do to you if he found you. And on second thought, you really didn't want to find out. The only good thing about this situation was that the mark on your chest was emitting a bright light that made it easier to see. So instead of freaking out, you took a deep breath and tried to think rationally.
