It was Ascension day. A day that was celebrated by the grounders.
"We gather here on this Ascension day to honor the commanders that came before me, those who live within me as I will live on within one of you." Lexa announced.
"What does she mean by that?" Clarke asked Sage.
"There's this chip in her neck. I don't really understand completely how it works, but basically, I think it's just keeps the other Commander's consciousnesses inside." Sage tried to explain. "But I'm not completely sure. All I know for sure about it is that it allows the past Commander's to communicate with Lexa."
The doors to the throne room opened. A man was shouting. "Flamekeeper promised Oso would na heard! (The Flamekeeper promised we would be heard.)" A man who had a limp and a cane said.
"Titus, what is this?" Lexa asked.
Titus leaned over so only Lexa could hear what he was whispering. "Something you need to hear, Heda."
The group kneld down in front of Lexa. They pulled Octavia in.
"Octavia." Clarke said worried.
"Forgive Ai gon intruding ona Disha holy deyon, Heda. (Forgive me for intruding on this holy day, Commander.)" The man with the cane said. "Ai laik semet kom Trikru. (I am Semet of Trikru.) En Ai kom op seeking justice. (And I come seeking justice.)"
"Gouva klin yourself. Chomouda dula op Yu hold Okteivia kom skaikru honon? (Explain yourself. Why do you hold Octavia of Skaikru prisoner?)" Lexa asked.
"She ste a honon kom war, Heda...(She is a prisoner of war, Heda...) brought hir gon bear witness gon fotones kom em kru. (brought here to bear witness to the crimes of her people.)" Semet explained.
Clarke went down from where she was standing as Sage tried to stop her, but failed. "What crimes?" Clarke asked. "What happened?"
"Skaikru attacked their village." Titus stated. "Because their warriors were lost when your people massacred their army we had sent to protect you, their village was defenseless."
"Beja, Heda (Please, Commander." Semet begged. "Ai beja daun Yu. (I beg you.) Goch klin yumi. (Avenge us.)"
"Jus drien jus daun ! (Blood must have blood!)" A women in the crowd yelled.
The others in the crowd repeated that phrase, followed by the Grounder's way to say "Death to Skaikru!"

Lexa was of course angry with Titus for bringing them to her on her Acenison Day.
Clarke and Sage offered a way for their people to see they made the wrong choice. Lexa came up with a way to ensure that another massacre wouldn't happen, but also a way to give Skaikru see they made the wrong choice.
She would lock them in Arkadia. If they left, they would be killed. It was a blockade

Sage was visiting Lexa before she had to head back to Arkadia.
"When do you leave?" Lexa asked, knowing this was Sage coming to say goodbye.
"Now." Sage stated. "Octavia is getting the horses ready and Clarke is bringing our bags down now."
Lexa nodded.
