Lexa was found by Gabriel and Octavia. They saved her from some veins that were trying to kill her.
But they quickly realized that wasn't Lexa. Josephine had regained control.
She tried to get help with some sanctum riders, but they were taken out by Bellamy and Clarke.

Back at Sanctum, Russell had issued an order to kill all of the prisoners from space, minus the children, which was Madi and Fisher. Even Eliza, cuz she helped with all that.
They all meaning, Sage, Abby, Gaia, Raven, Emorie, Murphy, Cosmo, Eliza, Indra, TJ, Aaron, and Miller would burn at the stake.
Fisher tried to stop them from taking Sage, but it was no use.
Madi just wore a maddening smirk as they took Gaia away.

Murphy pleaded and actually got through to Russell when he promised to create night blood for him.

The group had made it to Gabriel's lab.
The door opened and Aurora looked over to see her parents.
"Mom, dad." She ran over and hugged them both in one hug.
The 2 looked at each other confused.
Octavia noticed and explained. "It's Aurora."
Their confusion morphed into shock. They pulled back to look at the girl.
Her usual bright smile was there, just dimmed. Her blue eyes now look darker. Her blonde hair looks less shinny.
"Family reunions later. We have to save Lexa before Sage kills us all for not." Octavia said and everyone got to work.
As expected, Josephine didn't leave with out a fight. She tried everything for threatening her daddy would kill their people to guilt tripping Gabriel who was killing the supposed love of his life. But all was for not.
Gabriel wiped her drive and started the procedure.
Lexa died for a bit, but Bellamy brought her back.
