Jaha offered Lexa the chip. She refused and was put into a cell, like anyone else who had refused the chip. Indra and Murphy were two of those people. But before they had been strung up to crosses and tortured.

The guards in Polis brought Pike and Aaron to the cell where all the people who were refusing to take the chip stayed.
"Who's ready to take the key?" A guard asked the people in the cell. No one answered, so he walked out.
"What are the odds?" Murphy asked, turning his head to look at his old teacher from the ark and the guard who arrested him.
"John Murphy?" Pike asked.
Murphy lifted his restanted hand and waved. "Told you I'd survive."
Pike sighed.
"You should have killed me on that battlefield." Indra told Pike from the corner. "I won't make the same mistake." She pulled the thing holding her chains into the wall out. She began to walk over to Pike. "You killed 300 of my people. Now you'll take 300 cuts... by my hand."
"Indra." Aaron said from next to Pike.
"Get on with it." Pike told her.
Indra ripped his shirt.
"Do something." Murphy told Lexa.
"She's only doing what I would do." Lexa got in a comfortable position. "Go ahead, Indra."
Indra put the thing holding her chains, to Pike's chest and sliced into his skin. Blood ozzed out of his new wound. Indra did it over and over again.
