First getting to know

The next day.

Once again, I have been awake since 3 o'clock, like every day. The 2 hours I had slept were not much, but I felt good, because soon I could meet my friends. To distract me, I cleaned the whole apartment, which wasn't dirty anyway.

At 6 p.m. I met Johanna in a café and we talked about many things again. There was a familiarity between us that I had otherwise only felt with Felix and Han.

Around 7:30 p.m. we went from the café to the hotel, where the meeting will take place. We came in and went into the room, which was communicated to us by SMS, we knocked, but there was no one there yet, so we went in and looked around.

Tables and chairs stood in a U-shape, and on each place was a note with a name. Johanna and I sat next to each other and what pleased me very much, Felix sat next to me and then Han came.

The manager came in 10 minutes before the start and was happy to see us and praised our punctuality. We were now waiting for the male translators, who arrived 1 minute before the start. The manager explained to us that only SKZ, we 4 translators and he participate in the dinner and no other employees. That made me happy, because that's how we can get to know each other on a small scale.

Then it was finally time. There was a knock and the door opened. I finally saw them all who were much prettier in real life than in the photos or in the video calls.

SKZ put itself in a row. "1.2.3 Hello everyone, we are Stray Kids," all said together. Felix, Han and Hyunjin saw me and couldn't resist a grin. I, too, couldn't help but smile back radiantly. Bang Chan took the floor. "Hello, I'm Bang Chan, or Chris and the leader of the group. We are looking forward to finally meeting you in person. Except for Johanna, we've known her for 2 months," said Bang Chan smiling.

"Hello, I'm Lee Know or Lino," said Lino. "Hello, I'm Changbin or Binnie," said Changbin. "Hello, I'm Hyunjin," Hyunjin said and beamed at me. In the corner of my eye, I could see that a translator didn't like it, but I ignored him. "Hey, I'm Han," Han said with joy in my direction. "Hey, I'm Felix," Felix said in his deep voice and grinned at me like a honey cake horse.

"Hey, I'm Seungmin and I'm happy to meet you all," said Seungmin and grinned. "Hello, I'm IN and I'm the youngest of the group," said IN, smiling very shyly. "And you already know me from your job interviews. I am the manager of SKZ and hope that we will work well together for the next 6 days," said the manager and indicated that we women should now introduce ourselves, but the men immediately took the floor and I could see that neither the manager nor SKZ liked it.

Then the men were finished and I gave Johanna the lead. "Hello everyone. My name is Johanna, I am 20 years old and I have been employed by JYP as a translator for a year. I have been working with SKZ for 2 months and I am particularly looking forward to working with Jasmin," said Johanna and smiled lovingly at me, which I did. I swallowed briefly and then started talking.

"Hello everyone. I am Jasmin and I am also 20 years old. I am very much looking forward to the cooperation. Some of you already know me and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all," I said. And the manager gave a sign that everyone could now relax. Felix and Han were now unholdable and stormed to me to pull me into a long hug. They both squeeze me so hard that I almost couldn't breathe.

"Hey guys, leave her alive if you want her to be preserved," Bang Chan suddenly said and the three of us had to laugh, but I looked at Bang Chan and whispered a soft "thank you", which he accepted nodding his head. They let go of me and now Hyunjin approached me, who was a little hesitant to hug me. I opened my arms and he hugged me so carefully as if I were fragile.

"Do you see that you two? That is how a woman is embraced and not as stormy as you two did," said Bang Chan, pointing to Felix and Han, who laughed at themselves. "We were just so happy to finally meet Jasmin after 7 years," said Han and put on a pout. I pulled him to me. "You don't have to mock, Hannie. I'm also happy to finally see you," I said and his pout turned into a radiant smile. "Now let me go for a moment, because I would also like to greet the others," I said and Han let me go after a short time, but he pouted again, which made me laugh.

IN was shy and smiled at me embarrassed when I reached out to him. "Noona Jasmin," he said and Seungmin saw my confused but friendly expression "That means big sister. Nice to meet you, I'm Seungmin," he said smiling and gave me his hand. "Thank you Seungmin, I'm also very happy," I said with a smile and now stood in front of Lino, where Han had already spoken so much about to me.

"Minho or Lino. Which is better," I asked carefully and I only heard a quiet "Lino", He politely gave me his hand and I bowed, because he was older than me. Lino smiled at me honestly and I went to the next one. "Changbin, nice to meet you," I said and I bowed. He held out his hand to me with a smile and said back in English. "Nice to meet you," and he smiled proudly, which also put a smile on my face.

Now it was the eldest's turn. I was just about to bow down but was surprisingly pulled into a hug. I was already a little confused, but found the hug very pleasant. "I am very happy that we are all finally getting to know you, because the three over there have only been talking about you since the last few months," Bang Chan said laughing and pointing to Felix, Han and Hyunjin when he released the hug.

He gave me his hand, his words had made me laugh, because I thought it was nice that my friends talked about me. I gave him my hand. This triggered something in me, because I got goose bumps all over my body and had the feeling that I've known him all my life. Something also seemed to have happened with Chan, because our eyes kept in eye contact for a very long time until the manager cleared his throat and we both looked at him at the same time. He indicated that we should all sit down.
