I spent two hours helping Terry with his school work while meech was gone doing god knows what. It wasn't bad he was smart I didn't have to explain to him over and over to make him understand.
"I'm hungry are you hungry?" I asked him.
"Yes I can take a snack".
"A snack boy I'm talking about food let me make us something".
"You can cook?" He asked as I got up and walked to the kitchen.
"Can I just wait until you taste my cooking " I pulled out a pack of chicken wings and fries and fried them.
I grabbed two plates and placed them walked to the table sat them down. I grabbed hot sauce.... ranch, two cans of soda.
We then started eating. "Mmm, dam girl you cook just like my mother?"
"Wow, that means a lot".
"I'm for real my bro is lucky to have you".
It didn't take us long to eat our five pieces of wings and fries I got both of our plates and washed them the door unlocked. "Baby I got us Chinese foo- terry what the hell are you doing here?".
"I needed help with my homework-" he closed his books and placed them inside his bookbag.
Meech had walked over to the table and looked at me. "Damn I see y'all ate without ".
"Babe- I didn't know you were going to be home so soon really".
"I guess you never do" he left and went inside our room I sign. "I'll go talk to him" Terry said going into the room.
I didn't know what was his problem why he was so mad I would never do anything with his brother or yet alone cheat.
He didn't say much later that night he was mostly in and out of the room the entire time as I laid there.
"Demetrius...... Demetrius......I know you here me" he came in the room leaned on the wall. "What?"
"Come lay down with me".
"I'm not tired I'm going to go in the car and smoke a blunt"
"No you're not see this the shit I'm talking about".
"Ashanti not tonight please go to bed don't you have school tomorrow?"
"Fuck you ".
"Alright I'll be back in ten minutes" he wink his eyes and leaves out.
I folded my arms wanted in bed for it him I wasn't done with his ass.
He came back in ten minutes I threw a pillow at him. "What the hell is your problem "
"Bye go sleep on the couch ".
"Get the fuck outta here with that shit".
"I'm not playing meech".
"Yea, ight " he walked up and pulled me to the edge I couldn't fight he had my arms pin on the bed.
"Mwah....this what you want" he kept kissing my neck I giggled and moan as I tried to fight back.
"You can stop all that shit you know I love you girl.....you mad me jealous sitting across the table with my brother".
"Really? Demetrius you know damn well I would never cheat on you, with Terry c'mon that's your brother I don't play games like that". He smirked.
"You right I was tripping". He replied kissing me.
Days went by I caught up with Terry he told me he was back on track with his grades we didn't talk about meech.
After school I walked to my old house to see Rakim. "Sis!" He gave me a tight hug.
"Hi bro" I replied with a giggle.
"I miss you".
"I miss you too".
Cici walked up. "Ashanti hi girl".
"Hey were you two going?".
"Um actually my appointment".
"Appointment for what?"
"My doctor's appointment I'm pregnant".
"Pregnant no way congrats" I said excited.
"T-thanks" Rakim said.
"See I told you she would be happy thanks Ashanti it means a lot" she replied.
"Can I go with you guys?".
"Sure why not" we exited out the door going inside Rakim's car.
