I entered inside the house seeing the kids at the table eating dinner as Kendra walked out of the kitchen. "Hi Ashanti 'she says with a smile.
"Hey".
"Mommy daddy got us from school he told us that we staying at the house" Demetria says.
"Where is he anyways".
"Um, he told me he had to go make run-.is everything alright you guys had me worried i thought I lost my job"
"Oh no we love you, Demetrius and I had a little argument I chose to leave for a few days".
The door opens there he was he looks at me then looks away smirking as he walks to the kids and kisses them on their forehead.
"Thanks for watching the kids here extra see you tomorrow ". He says as he walks over to Kendra give her a few hundreds.
"Thanks bye". She leaves out the door.
I completely ignored him I stayed to myself and my children.
I got covers out of the hallway closet walked to the couch laid down reading and sipping wine. Demetrius walked out the room holding his towel, body wash,rag, clothes in his arms. "Wanna join?".
"Do I look like I want to shower with you?- no I already took one today" I look back down at the book turning the next page.
He smack his lips walks to the bathroom.
I giggle a little.
30 minutes later I ended reading I laid down balled up in my covers watching my wife and kids.
He soon cones out walking back and forth out the room to check up on me hoping that'll I'll be in there with him.
He walks over. "Scoot over" he says. "No, I'm good I'm in a warm spot" I say.
"Girl, stop playing with me" he says.
"I am good night ".
"I ain't going no where".
"Boy don't make me take the kids dip put on your ass again for another four days"
"You not going no where look I Ion know what happened to you but Ion appreciate it for real do you know who the fuck I am I cam do a lot of shit but I don't because you know why cause your the mother of my children, my wife, I love you" he say.
"I'm just wasting my time" he mumbled as he walked away I felt bad but I didn't give in like he want me to.
I turn around and closed My eyes.
