Joong saw Dunk by the window. It was love by first sight but he didn't know how far their shared history intertwined. PondPhuwin supporting the plot. Fantasy AU, C drama vibe.
*Heavy angst with happy ending
Everything felt familiar but yet everything was different. The four of them had not step foot on Chinese soil in 2 millennium. They had maintained the historical sites which brought about familiarity but the city had changed much in the years they were away. Joong couldn't put a finger as to why he felt that he had been here before when he clearly hadn't.
The moment they step foot on Pingjiang road, nostalgia hit them, even more so for Dunk and Phuwin. Joong didn't know why he saw silhouette of the four of them laughing as they chatted while walking down the street. They were in clothing that represented historical time. Joong was surprised when Pond thrusted a set of hanfu in his hands.
"Go change. We should do the full experience." he grinned. Dunk glared at both Pond and Phuwin when Joong went to find a place to change.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" Pond asked Dunk. The three of them found a secluded place and with a snap of a finger, they were back in the hanfu that they used to wear back in the days.
Joong was surprised when he saw Dunk waiting in the alley.

"Bai Loong (white dragon)?" Joong whispered in question.
"What did you say, Joong?" That's when he realized it was his Dunk.
"bpao (nothing), I thought you looked like a white dragon." Joong brushed it off. Dunk was pretty sure now that Joong had started to remember. Even his gait mimic Hei Loong (black dragon), the crown prince that he was. He wondered how much memory had surfaced. The four of them looked like they walked out of a historical drama as they walked the street. Joong was unfazed by the stares he got as he walked down the memory lane that came in fragmented pieces.
A familiar face had noticed them in the crowd, and he had quickly rushed off to inform his superior. The four of them were none the wiser of the occurrence.

A/N: I would really like to publish 4 EP at a go today but then I'm also working on my personal omega bodyguard, so 2 EP it is then. I've done the 3rd EP but again, it would be very cruel to end there. You'll understand why tomorrow.
