Joong was extra clingy when they finally woke up and started their day. He wouldn't let go of Dunk's hand. Whenever Dunk asked, he would say it was nothing. But he held his hand even when they were eating breakfast. It was kind of lucky that he was left handed while Dunk was right handed. They were heading towards the Humble Administrator's Garden. Joong and Dunk were basically following the schedule that Phuwin laid out for them.

Pond and Phuwin couldn't help but smile at their interaction. Joong was clinging to Dunk's side, unwilling to let him go. He would ask about things that caught his interest and Dunk would reply with ease. Joong would sneak a quick peck on the lips that would made Dunk blush. He wasn't use to the public display of affection. They never had that chance as the Crown Prince of the North and the 9th Prince of the East. He may have long adapted to the modern world but he still needed time to get use to public display of affection.

Pond clasped Phuwin's hand in his. They might not have said it out loud but it was a quiet acknowledgement that they were already in a relationship. Dunk did not point it out but he knew. He didn't know why they didn't act on it much sooner. The attraction was there millenniums ago. Perhaps because they were from different kingdoms and they didn't know what the outcome would be since they both bore different allegiance. Dunk hope it wasn't because of them because he wouldn't know how to live with it. Phuwin had looked at him in question but Dunk shook his head. He hoped that Phuwin will be happy with Pond in the world that they are now in. He would truly have no regrets then. Joong tugged on his hand, breaking his thoughts as they went sightseeing.

Dunk loved the smell of nature. He was grateful that Phuwin had chosen this place to visit but who was he kidding. Phuwin loved nature more than him. The garden was filled with lush flowers and trees, not forgetting the the building structure that they had maintained. It was nostalgic to walk through these corridors and looking out at at the pond, standing within the pavilion once again. Though he currently relied more on sound and his sense of smell than his sight. He hadn't told Phuwin that it had been deteriorating. Sometimes, even the snapping doesn't work anymore. He wondered if this was his last stop. Would he dare to meet him family before he pass on? He really didn't know.

He smiled when he heard Joong called out to him to take photos.

Joong wondered why he was dreaming again until he remembered napping while they were on the train to Tiger Hill. This was the first time Joong wasn't within Crown Prince Joong when he dreamt. He could clearly see himself on the bed. Prince Dunk was sitting by the bed holding his hand, while Pond and Phuwin were sitting by a small table.

"What happened when we left? What decree did the king make?" Dunk asked Pond but he remained quiet.

"Bring it on, I know how it works. He is first and foremost the king before he is Hei Loong's father."

"The king... felt humiliated. It can't be denied that there was a breach in security but he is taking it out on you since you no longer tie yourself to the Kingdom of the East...." Dunk nodded. It was within his expectation. He knew how the royal system works. The king needed to find a scapegoat fast to appease his citizens.

"And the king... had declared the Crown Prince dead and had elected the Second Prince as the new crown prince." Dunk huffed in laughter. He had expected that as well. He clasped dream Joong's hand as he mourned for his loss. He hasn't woken up since he thought he went blind. Dunk was starting to fear that the poison had gotten into his system.

Joong woke up when they came to a stop. He couldn't begin to understand how they got to where they were as he woke up from the dream. If the king had declared him dead, shouldn't he be living happily with Dunk? How did he become who he is? Did Dunk sacrifice his eyes for nothing? How did he die? Did the poison get to him?

His head was spinning with questions but he didn't get to ruminate further as Dunk tugged at his hand. They had reached their stop and it was time to get down from the train.
