~Four Years Later~
7th March 2028
[11:25 PM]
"Dr. Y/n, your shift is over. Aren't you leaving?", Jin asked.
"Ah!, I'm actually planning to work for a few more hours. You may have to leave alone today Dr. Jin.", You said while analyzing the reports of a patient.
"Okay but did you had lunch today?", He asked while packing his bag.
"I had an emergency today. So I didn't got time to.", You slowly murmured.
"You should take care of yourself y/n. Don't overwork yourself too much.", He shrugged.
You nodded.
"By the way, have you seen Dr.Yoongi?", Jin asked.
"Ah!, he said he got some important work to do so he left early.", you replied.
"Okay bye y/n. See you tomorrow!", Jin waved at you and left.
You continued with your work.
It's been four years since you've been working as a full time Doctor in Busan. You decided not to go back to Gwangju because of a regret. You liked working here. Your co- doctor's Jin and Yoongi were really sincere and kind.
Anna and Namjoon both left their jobs in US and came back to Korea three years ago, permanently. Since then they have been working in Seoul. Your mother is currently living in Seoul with Anna and Namjoon.
About Jimin, he's working in Gwangju. You don't know much about his whereabouts ever since you two broke up. Though you both are still in contact with each other.
Humi works in Seoul as an interior designer. Yeona works in Japan as an Cardiothoracic surgeon. Ha-eun works in Daegu as an Pharmacist.
And about Jungkook—well, no one has heard anything from him since the last five or six years. Some of his friends said he went foreign. The others said he quit his job.
You were lost in your own thought's until you heard the Emergency announcement.
You immediately got up from your chair and went outside your cabin.
"What's happening?", You asked a nurse beside you who looked in a hurry.
"We have got an emergency case ma'am. Please hurry to ward number 0713.", The nurse said and rushed.
You followed her lead to the ward.
"What's the case?", You asked an assistant doctor.
"Doctor, she's eight days due and looking at her reports, it seems like we have to opt for surgery."
"Alright, shift her to the labour ward right now.", You firmly said and went to prepare yourself for a midnight delivery.

"Good job doctor!", Everyone in the OT congratulated you for your successful operation.
"Thank you. Now shift her to a ward.", you guided the nurses and left the ward.
"What is the patient's name though?", You asked a nurse.
"Jeon Na-ra, ma'am."
Your eyes widened.
"Show me her reports.", You asked anxiously.
The nurse handed you the reports, obediently.
You took them and walked out of the operation theatre.
But your legs freezed in the midway as your eyes caught something unbelievable.
Patient name : Jeon Na-Ra
Age : 34 years
Guardian name : Jeon Jung-Kook
You harshly rubbed your eyes in disbelief about what you saw just now.
He got married?
He's a father now?
Thoughts like these were rushing through your mind back and forth.
"Ma'am the patient's guardian wants to meet you."
You flipped and saw nurse Shin standing in front of you with few medical reports in her hands.
"W-who's g-guardian?", You shuttered.
"The patient you just operated doctor.", nurse shin replied.
You blankly nodded. You weren't in a position to figure out about things that were happening now.

"Doctor the patient's inside this ward.", Nurse shin said as she slowly opened the ward's door.
You took a deep breath. You were still unsure about what was coming next.
"Glad you're okay, Nara."
"Don't worry Koo, I told you I'm fine now."
You heard few audible voices coming from the ward.
With a deep breath you walked inside the ward. You saw the women you just operated, lying down on a ventilator and beside her stood a man who's broad shoulders were facing you, while his face was turned towards the other woman. You saw the man holding the newborn baby boy by his one arm and his other arm was clasped with the women's palm.
"She's the doctor.", Nurse shin said and exited the ward.
You gulped.
The man flipped slowly, his eyes still fixed on the baby he was carrying.
