The consequence

I was sitting on my bed,it was about 10 am and my girlfriend,Lexi,was about to come over and hang out with me. I was scrolling through twitter and I saw something with Annie's username attached and I looked at it and I erupted with laughter.

"Mom,dad! You gotta come see this!" I say,rolling around on my bed laughing.

It was a picture of Annie and Luke. Luke was shirtless and had his arms around Annie. Annie was asleep and Annie had her head on his chest.

"What is it?" Katie was running into his room,she though something was wrong.

"Look at this picture of Annie." Caleb showed his mom the picture and he was sure that she would faint dead onto the floor.

"B-billy! You need to come here now!" She shouted to my dad.

"Look at this picture. Just look at it." She shows him the picture and his face immediately looks angry.

"She's gotta come home. We should go get her right now." He says

"I don't even know what to say."

"She disobeyed us! We should have never let her go on that trip,especially with that boy of hers."

"Woah woah calm down. I know that Annie said she wouldn't sleep with Luke, but Luke's a great guy and she loves him." I say

"That's not going to change anything." Says mom

"Well consider this,you can punish Annie for lying and disobeying you,which you should. But you shouldn't punish her by not letting her see luke anymore."

"Caleb-"

"He's right billy,being young and in love changes things. Just call her and talk to her."

"Let's do it."

Annie's phone rings and her dad's number comes up.

"Hey dad. What's up." I say nervously

"Annie. I saw the picture."

"You did."

"As soon as you get home your grounded for a month. That's your punishment."

"Okay dad."

"We'll talk more about this when you come home tomorrow ."

Maybe,just maybe they would understand. I am in love with Luke...
