Time works differently in the main temple inside the Pyramid of Giza. 5 years = 45 years outside the temple
Y/N was kidnapped by some horrible people from Mexico and was taken to Egypt at the age of 5 (1845). When they were taking Y/N along with some other children, an older boy started to fight the men off. Y/N was told to run and she never looked back. As she continued to run she had came across a temple, which was Khonshus temple. By the time she gotten to it she had passed out from exhaustion. When she had awaken she was inside the pyramid of Giza surrounded by the Egyptian gods. Khonshu had decided to bring her to their home to try and save you. He saw something in her in which he knew and hoped you could be his next avatar. Osiris and a few others were unsure if the girl would be able to stay there with them as they thought it would be unsafe for her. They all talked in their own language, in which the young girl didn't understand because you only knew Spanish. She watched at they argued slightly on if letting you stay there was the best decision for you. Until a hippo (Taweret) stepped in and stopped the bickering. She stepped forward to the girl and spoke to her in many different languages until she got to Spanish. She told the girl her name and that she would be taking care of you for then on out. She picked the girl up and showed the girl around the temple inside the giant pyramid without the gods giving a say on it. The girl grew up with the Egyptian gods in which they grew rather fondly of her. Osiris slowly became a father figure that taught her English, their own language, and many more. Khonshu was around from time to time, watching as you grew. But there was one god that wasn't as fond of you as the others were, and that was Anubis. When the young girl had seen him for the first time, she immediately went to him as she thought he was a regular dog. Anubis just looked at her in disgust. The girl had tried to get to know him over the years but gave up as he chose to ignore her. On one occasion he was roaming the halls of the temple and he had came across you in the armory room. He only watched to see the you fail but partially out of curiosity. The young girl picked up a wooden sword and started to fight the dummy made of straw. She had stabbed the thing a decent amount of times until Anubis stepped in. He taught the girl on how to hold the sword properly and taught her on which areas were best to hit. From that day forward his intentions for her changed from wanting nothing to do with her, to seeing her as a future warrior. When the girl had turned 10 (1890) Anubis decided to take her under his wing on which she gladly accepted. He trained her to be the best of the best but in the worst way possible. He trained her to always be ready on if she were in a situation if she were to be captured. Starving her for a week at a time before giving her a proper meal by the end of the so called "training". Which then slowly turned into months to make sure she would always be ready. And with those months turning into years, training and learning to be the warrior Anubis saw in her. Though once she turned 18 (year is now 1961) Anubis deemed her to be ready to be an avatar, but not for his power. Khonshu would be the first god to be her avatar to test her to see if she could truly handle these sorts of powers. Once she was 20 (1980) they allowed her to go into the world to see how everything had changed within those year she has stayed in the temple, allowing her to know her environment and the world she would see as she grew older. She was also then vowed to protect the souls of the dead and to be the warrior worthy of Anubis's powers. Once she was 25 (2025) she had been continuing her training while being the Avatar of Anubis and protecting any lost or dead souls in the underworld.
