The pair of best friends laughed maniacally together as they approached the food bank with their smoothies in their hands. They parked in the lot of the food bank, but there was a smoothie place nearby and the weather was beautiful. So, they just walked right over and got some smoothies before they had to go in and help prepare the kitchen.

This food bank was among the nicer ones, it provides free lunch and has the food bank as well. Yeji and Ryujin would be working on the food line, giving portions to people.

"I don't know! I was drunk. I can just get it removed, but I kind of like it..." Yeji-- in a soft yellow long sleeved shirt on the bigger side, a matching beanie, and loose jeans-- gushed about a tattoo she got over the summer. It's a butterfly between her back dimples. Just a simple black butterfly about the size of her palm.

Drunk tattoos are usually much worse than that, so it's why she's not too mad or stern about getting it removed.

"You should show me sometime!" Ryujin-- in a black tank top and black denim shorts-- flirted with a joking voice.

"It'd probably be okay. You're my best friend and your cute ass is straight. Always thinking about boys, boys, boys." Yeji teased back, making Ryujin's stomach churn. "You know I kinda like your security guard, makes me feel special."

"My security guard makes you feel special? But you're a nobody." Ryujin teased.

Yeji's jaw fell agape, not expecting so much sass from such a small package.

"Short, but you sure pack a punch with those words." She retorted, patting Ryujin's head. Ryujin playfully glared at her; she knows that Yeji knows that bringing up their height difference annoys her.

"...We should get matching tattoos, like for graduation or something." Ryujin pitched.

"That'd be cute! I'm holding that to you, Shin Ryujin. Matching tattoos for graduation." Yeji agreed.

For a Saturday morning, they were both pretty cheerful. Yeji isn't a morning person, but she forces herself to be, and Ryujin is not a morning person at all, but being around her crush replaces her tiredness with queasiness.

"You know, I'm not usually curious about stuff like this with my straight friends..." Yeji started. She came out to Ryujin pretty easily; they had been friends for about a month now and they were only getting closer. She trusts Ryujin.

", but what is your type? You've been to so many places, does it change or do you happen to find copies all over the place." She laughed, making Ryujin laugh too.

"Oh well... I like um..." Ryujin thought about her words carefully, "Dark hair, a kind personality, thoughtful as well. Sharp features, too maybe? A beautiful smile, good humor. Not too serious... yeah. Oh, and beautiful, unique eyes. Eyes are a big thing for me." She answered, wondering if Yeji would get the hint. How would she just miss the fact that Ryujin mentioned sharp features and the eyes?

Ryujin isn't out yet and though she'd love to tell Yeji her true sexuality, it's different to come out to the person you have a crush on. An innocent crush, yet it scares her so bad.

"Hmmm." Yeji thought about guys she knew with those features. "So... basically Eli?" She deadpanned.

Things had  to speed up here, it's been a month, yet Yeji and Elijah feel like they've gotten nowhere.

Ryujin's head whipped towards Yeji's direction, she blushed because she was being accused of liking someone, she considers a friend.

"I mean he's all those things you said and his eyes. Personally, I feel attacked whenever he stares into my eyes for too long, but straight girls looove that shit."
