After literally 2 minutes you arrived at Old Trafford, it was 3:58pm you were filled with nerves but mainly excitement. Leah helped you down the steps which you assumed would become a normal thing now, you still had to tell her about your decision to go to arsenal but you were going to wait until after the game. You headed inside to the changing room to drop your bags off and went outside with Alex for some fresh air
"You good kiddo?"
"Yeah just got a lot going on Al"
You replied looking at the ground
"Talk to me Y/n I'm worried about you, you've not been yourself"
You stayed silent for a minute
"Please"
Alex was like a sister to you, she took you under her wing when she joined city, during some of the hardest things in your life Alex was always by your side so you absolutely hated keeping secrets from her
"The crash was 2 years ago on the 10th, I'm struggling to get out of bed again let alone play in the euros. Gabbys basically on her death bed and I can't go and see her, Leahs not doing good but I don't know how to help her and I still don't know how to announce I'm going to arsenal because I can't just pack up my things and leave I can't leave Esme and Lauren without telling them. I just feel like my whole world is crumbling and I have to watch it happen."
You said most of it in one breath and just looked at Alex who wrapped her arms around you walking you inside to a room where you sat down
"Why didn't you tell me you relapsed kid?"
Your heart dropped, you hadn't told her you relapsed the other night, did Leah tell her?
"How did you know?"
You asked barely whispering
"You've just been rubbing your wrist like you do every time you do something to yourself"
Alex explained, she knew you too well to keep secrets or lie
"Oh, I just-I didn't want to tell anyone, Leah already found out about it and I didnt want you worrying"
You said on the verge of tears
"Let's not worry about it now we've got a game to win but I want to talk after it"
Alex said placing her hands on your knees, you nodded because you knew you'd break if you said a word. You joined the rest of the group who were all getting ready to do media and other things when you saw Leah sat down in her phone, you went and sat next to her putting your head in her shoulder
"I love you so much Le"
Leah pretty much stopped breathing and looked at you
"You alright?"
You asked pretty oblivious to your bright red girlfriend
"Yeah it's just you've- we've never said that before"
Leah blurted out after a few seconds
"Oh are you okay with it"
You replied lifting your head off her chest
"I'm more than okay with it babe I love you too, and I'm so glad you said it first because I don't have the guts to do it"
Leah said grinning widely placing a gentle kiss on your lips while you giggled at the girl who came off as so abrasive and cold to you outside world be so sweet and shy with you (in most occasions 😉).

Around 2 hours later you were all getting ready for warm ups, it was 7:03pm. You slipped off Leahs hoodie which you had been wearing all day when you heard
"Y/n is that my hoodie?"
Leah shouted from across the room, all of a sudden 22 pairs of eyes were on you
"Leah I've been wearing it since 5am and you've only just noticed?"
You replied laughing at her
"And aren't you wearing mine?"
You said before she could say anything, she just laughed and shook her head
"Oh to be in love, an experience people like me wish for"
Alessia said from next to you
"Alright Shakespeare"
Tooney shouted making the whole room erupt into laughter. After everyone had calmed down you began getting changed
"Y/n can I ask you something?"
Alessia said making sure nobody else could hear due to them having other conversations
"Yeah sure what's up Less?"
You replied pulling your shirt over your head
