Trevor's POV

When I'm done talking with one of my uncles, I go towards the teenagers' day room, but I can't see Oden anywhere.

I groan slightly, because I know that he doesn't have his phone with him, and then I decide that I should walk around the pack lands, to see if I will be able to find him.

To be honest, I have no idea where he could have gone, so I decide to call my brother to see if he went back to the house.

Then he tells me that Oden wasn't there since he left with me, then I decide to go towards the clearings that I showed him not long ago.

I keep walking for over an hour, and when I reach the last clearing, I quickly notice that he's not there either.

I sigh in frustration, before I decide to shift into my wolf form, and then I run back to the pack house.

I will have to ask Denver to help me look for him, because it's not very safe to be in the woods when it's dark, and it's already starting to get dark.

On my way to the pack house, I can smell the scent of blood, so I decide to check what happened.

Before I reach the person who's bleeding, I realise that it's Oden's blood, so I run there as quickly as I can.

But I stop when I reach a small clearing, and my eyes widen when I see what happened here.

There are a a few bodies of kids laying around the clearing, and I know that something like this happened a few weeks ago, because a few of the guards were talking about it.

I smell the air, and I can't smell he kids blood, the only blood that I can smell is the blood of my mate, which seems to be covering a few of the kids.

I quickly walk around, and I can see that all of the are dead, so I decide to call Denver, but I quickly realise that I shouldn't do that, because that would mean that the will know that my mate was here too.

I'm not sure if he saw what happened, and he run away to get help, or if he did it.

So, I guess that I would have to make sure to cover the smell for the blood as best as I can.

I quickly take a few leafs of the plant tat will let me do that, and I make sure to touch as much of the blood with it as I can.

If someone will touch this plant, then their scent will disappear in the place the was touched until someone will was it off.

Bif it touches some liquid then it makes it scentless, and the scent never returns.

When I'm sure that the scent is covered, I throw the leafs away, before I call Denver.

He comes here a while later, along with a few guards, and I decide to lay through most of Denver's questions.

Denver seems to be too concerned about the kids to remember that he should use his Alpha voice, to make sure that I'm telling the truth, which allows me to lie as much as I can.

When he lets me go away, I quickly do that, and I decide to tell everything to dad, hoping that he will tell me what I should do.
