Trevor's POV
I decided to go on a walk, and I wanted to go by myself, but when my mate asked to come with me, then I agreed without even considering it.
I'm a bit scared about this whole pregnancy, and don't like the way that the kid makes me behave.
Thankfully, Oden is still nice to me, despite the fact that I shout at him for nothing.
We walk silently while we hold hands, and I don't even know where I'm gong.
But I stop walking, when I notice that were near the tree that I used to climb as a kid.
I already know that I shouldn't climb a tree while I'm pregnant, because one of my uncles did that, and he killed his kid when he fell from a tree.
But I want to show it to Oden, so I take him there.
"I used to sit on this tree for hours when I was a kid." I tell him, and I point at my favourite tree.
"Why did you pick this tree instead of picking one one of those trees." He asks me, and he gestures towards the taller trees, which look a bit better than the one that I pointed to.
"Because when I first came here, there were a lot of squirrels on those trees.
So, I didn't want to scare then, and I also did want them to run on me every few seconds." I tell with a chuckle.
I remember how angry I was at them, but this tree that I picked as my own is a lot better now.
I walk around it, and I try to find an angle that would allow Oden to see why I like this three the most.
"I still wanted to pick one of the taller trees, but then I found this branch, and I decided that this one will be the best." I say, and I point to the tree branch that is in the shape of a heart.
Well, it's not perfect, but I'm sure that anyone would be able to see that it's a heart.
"That's a nice branch." He tells me with a chuckle, while he looks at the tree.
"It's original." I tell him, and he nods with an amused smile.
I roll my eyes, and I decide to lead him away from here.
If he can't appreciate a nice tree branch, then I will have to remember to never take him here with me when I will want to climb on this tree.
"You didn't shout at me." He tells me.
"I can start to do that if you want." I tell him, and he looks like he's thinking about his answer, before he decides to shake his head.
I roll my eye and then I continue to look at at the trees that were passing.
I used to like the scent of woods, but now I really have no idea why people like it.
I guess that the pregnancy is making me go crazy already.
