Oden's POV

I sit somewhere in the middle of the woods, and I wonder what is going on.

After I left the pack house I found a few people who wanted to hang out with me, and I stayed with them until it started to get dark.

Then I decided to run back to the pack house, to see if Trevor is still here, but I got hurt on my way there.

So, I went to the pack hospital, and when the doctor bandaged my wound, then I went back to the house.

I was about to open the front door when I heard that Trevor and Tyler were talking, and I ran away when I headed what they were talking about.

Trevor said something about me killing some kids, but I definitely didn't do that, so I have no idea what he was talking about.

I went around the pack lands, and I managed to find a lot of the guard at one for the clearings.

There was also some blood on the ground, so I guess that Trevor saw the bodies there.

I also smalled some of my blood, there although it was very faint, which made me wonder what happened.

This clearing wasn't anywhere near the place that I got hurt, so there's no way that this was my blood.

So, I have no idea how I will explain this to everyone, especially now, when I'm wounded.

I wonder if I should talk with Denver about it, because I sure that he was able to smell my blood too.

Which means that he will most likely look for me soon, if he's not doing that already.

I should most likely run away, but I know that the mate bond won't allow me to do that, so I guess that I would have to take Trevor with me.

But he didn't sound very happy with me, and I doubt that he will believe me when I will say that I didn't do anything.

I swear at myself for going to the doctor, because the wound is almost healed.

And if I didn't go there, then there wouldn't be any evidence that I was hurt and that world make everything at least a bit easier.

I sigh I frustration, before I walk back to the house, hoping that Trevor's still awake.

I have no idea what I should do, so I guess that I will have to talk with him first, before we will decide what we will do about this.

I just really hope that he will believe me, because if he won't be on my side, then I really doubt that anyone else will be.

When I reach the house, I can see that a few guards are standing near it, and I already know why they're most likely waiting for me to come back.

Thankfully, I used the scent blocker, and that allows me to go towards the back of the house unnoticed.

I look at Trevor's window, which is slightly open, and I start to climb towards it.
