"So, do you want us to bring anything tonight?" Alison questioned Teddy Altman who sat on the other side of her wife, "Nope. I've got it covered. Thanks." Teddy said with a smile as Alison nods her head, turning seeing Mark sitting down in the seat beside her, "What's tonight?"

"A dinner party."

Arizona looked over her wife, "Teddy and Henry's new place." The pediatric surgeon said, "You're, um, not invited." Alison said to her baby daddy, "Why?" Mark then asked, "You're the babysitter."

Mark let's out a breath at the information as Alison looked at her baby daddy's face, "Wake up, everybody." Catherine Avery said, gaining everyone's attention including Alison's who looked away from him.

"I know, I know, it's grand rounds, where we have to sit and listen to somebody talk about how somebody did something and here's how they did it, and there's not enough coffee in Brazil for this." Catherine Avery claimed.

"Well, not today. Today we are going to do. Today I'm going to change a life and maybe make medical history, too. And I can't do it alone," From where Alison sat a few rows behind the residents, she could see Jackson moving further down in his seat.

"So, who wants to step into the future with me?" Catherine asked, as April let out an overly enthusiastic 'whoo' in the quiet auditorium.

Alison lightly chuckled when she saw that April was now the one to sink down in her chair, "Ok, that's alright. That's a start." The older woman admitted. "Ryan, honey, would you come out here, please?" As a man in a robe stepped onto the stage, she told them. "Everybody, this is Ryan. Ryan, can you show everybody what we're here to do today?"

As the man took off his clothes, everyone gasped, Alison's mouth falling open along with her wife's before making a face, "Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to invite a few lucky residents to scrub in on this countries first penis transplant."

"Thanks to a case of penile cancer, Ryan underwent a full penectomy 11 months ago. Good margins left him basically cured and cancer free." Both people on stage high fived, Alison leaning forward in her chair. "And today we'll be replacing the other thing Ryan lost. A suitable donor has become available here at Seattle Grace Mercy West and Ryan generously agreed to fly out and make this day a teaching opportunity. Who wants in on it?" At that, everyone's arms, except Jackson's raised up. "Hello, that's more like it!"

Clearing his throat, Mark stood up, his serious, head of plastics face on. "Uh, Mark Sloan, plastics. Isn't penile reconstruction the standard approach in cases like these? Why a transplant?"

"Well, I can answer your question with a question. Do you like your penis?" Catherine asked.

Alison coughed into her hand as the residents laughed, "It does the job." Mark told her, shrugging.
