Callie looked closely at the scans from beside her attending, "Displaced tibial fracture." She explained as Alison nods her head, "Rib fractures, too. Lungs look good." Teddy stated, looking at the scans.

"How far did she fall?"

Alison shrugged her shoulders, "We don't know. Some hikers found her." She told the surgeons in the room, as Arizona walked in looking at the scans, "What is it, Karev?" She asked the resident, "Jane Doe looks about to be around fifteen years old. Hunt wants you to take a look at her."

Alison leaned forwards, looking at the scans on the light board, "The angle's off on this elbow." She explained, pointing to one scan, as Callie handed a ruler which Alison tried lining up but couldn't, "Uh, you can tell Hunt this isn't a Peds case. She's an cult, the growth plates have closed."

Callie hummed, "And tell him as well, that this elbow was broken a while ago." She told the resident in the room, "See the curve in her forearm and the periosteal reaction on her humerus? These are fractures that never healed right."

"Or were never treated." Teddy admitted.

Alison looked at Teddy who had her hands in her lab coat pockets, "I've seen injured like this in Iraq, in patients who were tortured." Teddy explained to them.

That feeling didn't sit right with Alison.

She put a hand to her mouth, shaking her head at the thought of being sick, "Allie—?" Arizona said, seeing her wife run out of the room, and towards the closest bathroom, throwing up what she had for breakfast into the toilet.

"God,"

She leaned against the toilet seat as Callie came into the bathroom, looking at her best friend, "You're pregnant, aren't you?" Alison looked up at where her best friend was, "I— We aren't supposed to tell people, we wanted to keep it a secret for a little while longer." Alison said about her and Arizona wanting to keep it a secret.

"How? Did you—did—"

Alison shakes her head, "I didn't have sex with no men, we got an IVF, I got Arizona's eggs in me." Alison admitted, not wanting people to think that she cheated on her wife to have another baby, "But isn't the girls only one? Don't you want to wait until they're a little bit more older?"

Alison looked at her best friend, "I want Luc and Ellie to have a little sibling unlike I did," She explained, "We know we should have waited, but seeing how good Luc and Ellie are, we wanted to have another baby based on our girls," She said truthfully, "They're little angels."

Callie smiled at her best friend, helping Alison stand up when the girl threw up all of her breakfast into the toilet, flushing it as Callie handed her mint to chew on to get rid of her sick breath, "They are." Callie admitted, about her best friend's little girls.
