Teddy wasn't speaking to any of them. Expect for Alison and Arizona who had no idea about Henry dying on Cristina's operating table and no one of them having the decency to tell her that her husband is dead.
Alison had stayed up all night with the Cardiothoracic surgeon who wouldn't stop crying until she fell asleep which wasn't that great since Teddy had only fell sleep right before the twins had woke up.
"Hi babies," Alisom greeted her twins with a smile on her lips, even though she was tired, Arizona coming up behind her wife, placing a hand on Alison's back, who leaned back into her wife's touch, "Morning."
Arizona placed a kiss to her wife's lips when Alison had turned her head, hearing Elizabeth and Lucile giggle, "Hi babies," Arizona repeated, smiling at her twins, picking up Lucile as her wife held Elizabeth in her arms already.
"How is she?" Arizona asked about their guest who was sound asleep on their living room couch, "She only went asleep before Lucile and Elizabeth woke up like five minutes before they did," She stated to her wife.
Arizona looked around her wife's face, "We have that big surgery today, are you sure you can operate?" Alison smiled at her wife's words, "I'm sure, I'm perfectly ok, I have done sleepless nights before," She said with a smile as Arizona smiled at that.
Their twins babbled playing with their teddy bears that was in their hands, Alison getting ahold of Elizabeth's teddy bear moving it to her daughter's belly hearing Elizabeth giggling at that.
She loved the sound of her twins laughing.

Alison stands inside the operating room alongside her wife, their chief, Derek, Mark, and some residents, and also Richard Webber as there was two teams.
The Ortho surgeon being on a different team compared to her wife having Adam and Millie also on her team as well, "Practice, practice, practice until it is perfect, people." Owen Hunt claimed, in front of the surgeons, "This is a long, complex procedure with many parts." He warned them, "Therefore many opportunities for error. So we're gonna go over this again."
He stepped off to the side, "Team leaders, let's get in place." Alison smiled when seeing her wife being a team leader for the red team as Derek was the green's team leader, "We've offered this family every pro Bono dollar, every surgical hand, every resource this hospital has, so I'm asking you for every resource that you have." Owen stated, looking at the surgeons, "Be sharp, be present, be focused."
"Dr Robbins—" They all looked at the said women, "—has been caring for these children since the day they were born. They will each get a new life today." Chief Hunt told them, "Our actions will decide what kind of lives they will be." He moved the curtain off, "Let's begin."
