"Thank you guys, again for picking me up." Alison said in Derek's car as she sat next to Zola who was sat in the middle seat, "It's no problem, Arizona wasn't home?" Alison shakes her head, "She went earlier."
Alison looked at her two friends, "Mark are taking the girls to daycare," She explained, leaning her head back against the headrest.
Alison looked out the windshield seeing a lion, "Rawr." Zola said as Alison was shocked at what she was seeing, "Is that—is that a lion?" She asked, as the three parents all stared at the lion that walked across the busy road.
"That's a lion."
Derek said, staring straight at the lion where Zola then smiled, "Rawr." She said as Alison nods her head, "Rawr, indeed." She said, turning her head watching by the lion walk across the traffic lights without getting hit by a car.

Alison slid on her lab coat onto her body, coming out of the attendings' lounge, wiping her mouth as she just exited from the attending's bathroom, "You ok?"
Miranda Bailey asked, when looking at where Alison Thomas stands, sitting down onto the couch in the room, "Mm-hmm," She nods her head with a small smile.
Bailey knew that Alison wasn't okay.
"Alison." Bailey looked at the women, "You should know that I know you, and I know when you're lying, so just tell me." Alison looked at the women, "I-I cant." She explained, shaking her head, "It'll ruin everything."
Bailey frowned at Alison's words, now confused on what the Thomas female was saying, "Ok, but are you sure you're ok?" And when Alison nods her head, popping a mint into her mouth, Bailey nods her head, "Ok."
Alison didn't meet Bailey's eyes when the women's pager went off, with Alison letting out a breath when the door closed behind the small general surgeon, pulling her hair back into a ponytail to get out of her face.
"Ari." Alison smiled when her wife entered the attending's lounge, "Hi." Arizona smiled, coming over to where her wife was, about to kiss her when Alison stopped her, "Morning sickness." Arizona hummed, placing a kiss to her wife's forehead instead.
"How you feeling?"
Alison looked up at her, "I'm excited, excited to have another baby with you," She explained making Arizona smile at her wife's words, "I love you." The blonde spoke as Alison rests her head against Arizona's hand, "I love you, too."
The two were in silence when Alison cut the tension, "I saw a lion this morning with Derek and Meredith." Alison stated, "What? Where?" Arizona asked her wife, "When we were coming to work, it was crossing the road," She replied as Arizona looked shocked at that.
"I went to a grief group."
Teddy stated, when coming to the couple who walked out of the attendings' lounge, "Oof, you went to a grief group?" Alison said, as Arizona nudged her wife, "Allie,"
