Evie's POV

I was in chemistry class, insanely bored. The only reason I wasn't running out of that hellhole screaming was right across the table from me. A handsome blonde boy, who was trying to take notes but was obviously confused.

"Any chance he's in line for a throne?" I asked Doug, who was next to me, "Anywhere in line?" Doug sighed. "Chad. Prince Charming Jr., He inherited the charm, but not a lot of there there, know what I mean?" I sighed, staring at Chad's hazel eyes. "Looks like there there to me," Doug muttered something under his breath.

"Evie," Called Mr Deley. "Perhaps this is just review for you. So can you tell me what the average atomic weight of silver is?" I widened my eyes. Atomic weight? All we ever learned on the isle was how to con people and steal things. I laughed. "Atomic weight? Um, well, not very much. I mean, it's an atom right?" Chad laughed, but Mr Deley didn't look impressed. He beckoned me to the board. On my way up, I discreetly grabbed my magic mirror from my purse.

"Let's see," I said, taking the chalk from Mr Deley. "How do I find the average atomic weight of silver?" I pretended I was talking to myself, but I was really asking my mirror. I snuck a glance. "That would be 106.905 times .5200, plus 108.905 times 4800. Which, Mr Deley, would give us 107.9 amu." "Amu?" Whispered Doug. Mr Deley shook his head. "I forget. Always a mistake to underestimate..." "A villain?" I cut in. I tossed the chalk to him. "Don't make it again."

I walked back to my seat, and as I passed Chad he slipped me a folded note. I read it as I sat down. Meet me under the bleachers at 3. I grinned and nodded at Chad. Maybe Auradon wasn't so bad after all.

Evie is falling for Chad!! No good can come of this... Here's today's meme
