....HI!

I told you guys my last story (The Blue) would be my last story...I guess I lied. However, I will say that I probably won't be posting daily, but will aim for at least three updates a week so please be patient with me! I promise to always keep you guys updated so you don't have to wonder when the next chapter is coming, and if I don't, then feel free to send me a message!

Anyway, this idea has been in my mind since before I started writing on Wattpad so it's long overdue for sure! You know I don't like to spoil too much of the story in the introduction, but here's the premise -

Harry is the head chef of a Michelin star New York City restaurant in this one (let's hear it for chefrry!!) I decided to revisit this idea after rewatching The Bear for the millionth time, but this story is going to be completely different from that one, of course. The only real inspiration I've taken from the show is that his work is his life and everything else comes secondary. Well, almost everything.

While going through a pretty massive life change, Harry meets Lana Mason, an ex-NYC fashion major who's about to pretty much about to disrupt every single thing about his otherwise highly organized and planned-out-to-the-last-detail life. More or less, Harry is a control-freak and a detail-oriented man striving constantly for impossible perfection and Lana is spontaneous, a little messy, and likes to find joy in imperfection. They couldn't really be more opposite in the obvious ways, but maybe they're more similar than either of them think! It's going to be so cute and I'm so excited for all of you to read it!

In all of my stories, I obviously try to make the characters/story different than the last so you guys don't feel like you're reading the same story with different character names and faces, so I'm going to speak it into existence to keep myself accountable and say this will probably be the most vulnerable/soft version of Harry I've written so far, but we aren't going to get quite as many chapters from his POV as usual. The mystery of him and his feelings will be a fun change, I think.

I say this all the time, but I seriously LOVE reading your comments and messages, and they motivate me to keep writing...which is why The Blue was not my last story lol. Even if you're a silent reader, I think it's so cool that anyone cares about anything I put on here. It's so fun for me and I'm so glad that I found an audience I love so much. I hope this one can become your new favorite!
