Emerald

"Your kicking left when I'm grabbing you with my right hand. You're supposed to kick right." Father says in frustration while rubbing his forehead.

"Again!" He yells but not in an aggressive way. I wanted to cry from how exhausted I am. I wipe the sweat off my forehead while carefully watching every step my father is making.

He Lunged towards me with his left hand trying to grab my right leg. I lifted my left leg in the air as I kicked him on his left hand. I didn't realize the strength i used until I found father on the ground.

I scurried to his side with sad look. "Father I'm so sorry." I hugged him tightly as he laughs at me softly. "Yup you definitely have your mother's strength aswell but my anger." He jokes while lifting himself up from the ground.

"You're still grounded but your Auntie Nicole and Uncle Calvin wants to take you out to eat." Father explains while throwing his gloves on the outside table.

"They got bored back at the pack house and wanted to take you along with Benjamin for a bite." I smiled while nodding my head.

Father leaned over our huge family tree in the backyard. He stared into the huge trees in the woods. I jogged inside as I tossed my athletic jacket on.

"Look at my little Emerald all grown up!" Auntie Nicole exclaimed as she runs over to me. Leaving kisses on my forehead.

I jumped right into uncle Calvin arms as I smile a bit. "Sorry I smell badly." I smile a bit as he ruffles my hair up. "Is ok little one." uncle Calvin states as mother walks right into the kitchen.

"Hi Calvin And Nicole!" Mother says in excitement as she hugs the both of them. "You're still a butthead." Uncle Calvin says to mother.

"And you're still a booger face." She jokes right back. "We're going to take the kids to grab a quick bite." He says to mother who just smiles at me.

"Remember tomorrow is Axel birthday you need a lot of beauty rest." Mother jokes as we all four walk out of the house.

The sun was starting to set as we entered the red suv. I snuggled into the peanut butter leather seats. "I see you have grown into your body Emerald." Auntie smiles as I begin to cover myself up a bit.

"Any boyfriends?" She asks while applying a bit chapstick on her lips. Benjamin kicks his feet up while laughing. "Emerald here had a boyfriend as in HAD meaning no more fanitoooooo." Benji says to his parents as I could feel my ears turning completely red.

"He's lying." I mumbled while crossing my arms infront of my chest. "Me and your mother use to speak about boy problems so I understand if you do not want to speak on it's ok." She nods her head through the mirror towards me.

My eyes dazed out of the window as memories begin to fluttered into my mind.

I watched everyone drinking as Benjamin and I were drinking for hours. After about 12 shots of hard core liquor we were out of it. "Babe let's head upstairs." Greg says as he pulls me up the steps.

All I can remember were people laughing and making out on the staircase. Everything was double vision as I watched Greg pushing the room door open.

Goosebumps formed onto my skin because something just did not feel right. He had a mischievous smirk on his face as I stood in the dark room.

"You love me right?" He asks me as look down at my white chucks full of dirt. "Yy-yes." I stuttered as he pushes me on the bed roughly.

"Then you'll do this one thing for me." He mentions causing me to furrow my eyebrows together.

"I cc-can't have sex with you we have to wait for our mates." I slurred to Greg.

"Tell me you love me!" He yelled at me causing me to flinch. "You will do this for me whether it's willingly or forced." He pins me down as I tried fighting him off. If I was sober I could knock him on his feet.

That night was full of screams, pain, and trauma.

I shook my head from daze as I realized we were in front of a pizzeria. My hands were shaking from the memories. "Excuse me I have to go to the bathroom." I breathed out rushing to the bathroom.

I could feel my anxiety behaving badly as tears begin to trickle down my cheeks. I rushed inside of the bathroom quickly locking the door.

I let a helpless cry out while hugging myself. I was suppose to protect myself but I failed to do that. I dig my nails into my skin as I lay my head on my knees while looking at the ground.

I sigh while wiping my face as I force myself to stand up. I pushed the door open with my head facing down. When I went to make a turn my face ran into a wall causing me to look up. The wall is Axel.

My body froze as did my face full of tears causing him to look down at me with anger. His face structured softens as he realized I was crying.

Something about him made me like him the dislike flew right out of the window. We both stare into eachother eyes it felt like I connected with him.

His dark brown eyes staring right into mines. "Axel the order is ready!" I hear Lindsey whining over at the table. I quickly looked away as I rushed over to my family's table.

"You ok dear?" Aunt Nicole asks as her face softens as she what state I'm in. "If the ex-boyfriend a soft topic we can completely avoid that." She says while pulling me into a tight hug.

I laid my head on my aunt shoulder as I watch Lindsey and Axel walking out of the pizzeria.

I don't know why I'm beginning to feel a way towards him.

Time would tell.
