Fourteen

Emerald

I run past the bullets they were shooting as they looked up at me shocked. I grabbed the two guns and shattered them on the floor. I grabbed their shoulders as I drag them towards Axel.

He had his mouth open with saliva dripping out of it as the humans screamed in horror. I smirked as I fed them to my big bad wolf proudly.

Amelia and Gage had threw two more bodies on the ground. "Kill her!" I hear a female hunter shouted.

I sped to her as I kicked her right in the jaw. She fell back but her bullet did not miss it went right through my stomach.

Axel is being distracted by fighting the other. The two guards were fighting off other human hunters. Amelia and Gage were also helping them.

I dropped on my knees as my eyebrow furrowed together. I felt a strong wrapped around my throat causing me to cough. The pain in my stomach is not bearable. I could see Axel stomach leaking because of mines.

He notices as he looks around and notices me on my knees. I had killed the lady already but this pain is not something that could just easily heal itself.

"NO!" I hear Axel shouts as he runs over to me. I could feel blood dripping out of my mouth. My eyes began to become extremely heavy.

Axel

I stare at my beautiful mate limped in my arms. My whole body shook with anger, sadness, and numb. My hands shook not caring if blood is all over me.

I could hear my wolf crying in my head. "Www-we need medical help." I stuttered as I transformed into my wolf form throwing her on my back.

"Pack everything up we need to go now!" I shout at Axel and the guards.

Everyone began to gather all of the things a they forced it inside of the car. Amelia and Gage began to drive off as for me I ran right towards the pack house with Emerald on my back.

The wind blew hard in my face as I continue to run out of the woods. I could hear her heart beat slowing down. I forced myself to run faster.

Within minutes I finally reach the pack house doctors shoving emerald in his arms. He bowed his head down to me as he laid emerald on the table.

"Alpha Axel you can not step any further I'll take care of her." Doctor Earhart says as he shut the door behind him.

I paced around running my fingers through my hair. "Son you're so back early." Mother states as she runs over to me noticing my state.

She gasp as she pulls me into a hug. I didn't care for anyone else right now besides Emerald. Mother pulls back as a huge grin is plastered on her face.

"You've finished the mating process." As I look so angry with her. I pushed mother's arms off of me.

"That's the only thing that's worried father and you. This whole alpha duties thing. I could care less about it! My mate is in there fighting for her life!" I shout at her as Gage steps in.

"Come on Axel she's mother. This isn't her fault." Even with gage words it still didn't calm my nerves.

"You watch how you speak to your father boy!" I hear my father stomping towards me as I could feel my hands balling into a fist.
