Jisoo is trembling beside Taehyung, clutching his hand tightly without daring to look at the person in front of them. She grips his hand as if her life depends on it. Meanwhile, both Jungkook and Taehyung seethe with anger, their faces betraying a desire to harm the individual standing before them.

G-Dragon observed their expressions and remarked, "Seems like no one's thrilled to see me. Come on, I'm here to congratulate the new couple." He glanced at Jungkook, who is struggling to contain his rage, and upon seeing Jungkook's anger, he smirked. Then, he looked at Y/N, whose face remained expressionless. His gaze lingered on her before shifting to Jisoo with an evil smile. "Well, if you hadn't betrayed me, we could've been a beautiful couple too. But what did you choose?" He looked at Taehyung with an insulting smirk before continuing, "a weak Kim over me."

Jisoo couldn't even look at him; Taehyung held her hand tightly, understanding his wife's fear, before calmly replying, controlling his anger, "Well, looks like you forgot how you begged this weak Kim to let you go the other day."

Despite boiling with anger, Jungkook managed to calm himself before stepping forward. With an evil smirk, he replied, "You know you don't have time to play here, right? If you think snatching some of your shares is all I'm going to do to you for what you did to my sister, then..." Jungkook continued, brushing off the non-existent dust from G-Dragon's shirt. "You're so wrong because when I'm done with you, you'll end up on the street with nothing. I'll snatch every reason for your life, and you damn well know what I'm capable of."

G-Dragon pulled his shirt away from Jungkook, smirking as he continued, "Well, let's see what you can do?" With that, he glared at Jungkook, Jisoo, and Taehyung before leaving.

Y/N watched everything unfolding before her and locked eyes with Jungkook. Sensing her gaze, Jungkook met her eyes, and they held each other's gaze. However, Y/N broke the staring contest first and turned to Jisoo, saying, "He's the one who should be scared, Jisoo, not you." She continued, "Every girl will have moments where she must stand up for herself because she won't always have a father, brother, husband, or boyfriend by her side. So, the next time he confronts you, you better stand up for yourself."

Jisoo nodded at Y/N, knowing that what Y/N said was true. At that very moment, she made an oath to herself that she would no longer be weak.

After a while, the marriage function came to an end as all the guests left, leaving only Y/N's close family members behind. As for Jungkook, only his cousins remained, as his parents and other relatives had already left. It was time for Y/N to leave with Jungkook to begin their new journey together, but the Kims were not happy. Each of them felt a multitude of emotions—fear, helplessness, anger, sadness, anxiety, and longing—knowing that Y/N's departure marked the end of an era, one of the sole reasons for their happiness. Little did everyone know, nothing would be the same anymore.

In his Mercedes-Benz, Jungkook drove, occasionally side-glancing at his newly wedded wife who was gazing out the window. They hadn't exchanged a word since getting in the car. He wasn't complaining, but her eyes stirred something within him. They seemed lost, filled with sorrow, and he didn't like it. He had always seen fire in her eyes, and he believed that the hate in her gaze was better than the emptiness he now observed.

Breaking the silence, Jungkook said to Y/N, "So, where do you want to go for our honeymoon, honey?" He smirked, knowing that it would provoke a reaction from her.

Y/N scoffed and looked at him, her lips curling into a sly smile. "Oh, I've got the perfect place in mind," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "How about the moon? It's far enough from here, and the lack of oxygen might do wonders for your personality." She flashed him a wicked grin. "Besides, it's the only place where I won't have to listen to your nonsense."

Jungkook's smirk widened at Y/N's sharp comeback. "And where I'm you are stuck with me for the rest of our life."

Y/N's eyes flashed with irritation, her voice dripping with disdain. "Can't you just stop your arrogant nonsense? It's making me want to jump from this stupid car of yours."

Jungkook's amusement turned to mock offense. "Oh come on, why are you so into this pretending-you-hate-me drama? Every one know that how much you are in love with me," he said, his tone teasing, though he knew it was all nonsense. Yet, he couldn't help but enjoy the irritation on Y/N's face.

Y/N scoffed, refusing to back down. "Well, wow, you are delusional," she muttered to herself.

Suddenly, the car jolted to a stop, and Y/N shot Jungkook an irritated look as she felt the abruptness of the brakes. Noticing her gaze, Jungkook spoke up, his tone casual. "What, look, we're here. Your new home."

Y/N's irritation deepened, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Oh joy, I can hardly contain my excitement," she muttered, her words laden with disdain.

Jungkook, undeterred by her attitude, stepped out of the car and gestured towards the grand house in front of them. "Come on, baby, I made this home for us and our future kids," he said with sarcasm, knowing he was surely striking a nerve.

As Jungkook's words sank in, Y/N suddenly stopped in her tracks, her mind consumed by deep thoughts of someone she had once imagined building a family with. She gazed at the place before her, realizing that it was exactly the kind of home she had always wanted, envisioned to share with the person she loved. But fate had cruelly dashed those hopes, leaving her with a lifelong regret and suffering.

The house standing before her was not a home; it was just bricks and stone. For a home cannot be called a home if the person you wanted to share it with isn't by your side. As the weight of her realization settled upon her, Y/N felt a pang of sadness wash over her, mourning the dreams that would never come to fruition.

As Y/N stood there, engulfed in a whirlwind of emotions, she couldn't shake the bitter truth: the person standing beside her was not the one she had longed for, but the one who had shattered her dreams and disrupted her life. Jungkook's presence beside her felt like a mocking reminder of everything she had lost. The warmth of the sunlight filtering through the trees felt like a cruel contrast to the coldness she now felt inside. She struggled to contain the turmoil within her, the weight of her shattered hopes and broken trust pressing down on her shoulders.

As they stood there, facing the imposing facade of their supposed new home, Y/N couldn't help but wonder if she would ever find a way to escape the prison of her own making, trapped in a life she never wanted with a person she could never love.
