As the confrontation with Eclipse's henchman escalates, you and Bakugou quickly assess the situation. The henchman, confident in his stance, brandishes the quirk-enhanced device, a clear threat. But neither of you is deterred; if anything, the imminent battle sharpens your focus.

Bakugou makes the first move, a classic feint to gauge the enemy's reaction. He launches a small but precise explosion towards the henchman, not aiming to hit but to force a move. As expected, the henchman uses the device, unleashing a wave of energy that distorts the air. It's a defensive maneuver, but it reveals his reliance on the device.

Seizing the moment, you tap into your quirk, the air around you responding to your command with an almost sentient eagerness. With a swift motion of your hands, you create a vortex, aiming to disorient the henchman and disrupt his control over the device. The vortex swirls around him, and for a moment, he struggles against the invisible force, his attention divided between maintaining his defense and countering Bakugou's next attack.

Bakugou, recognizing the opening you've created, intensifies his assault. He sends a barrage of explosions towards the henchman, not lethal, but enough to keep him off balance. You complement Bakugou's aggressive approach with your wind manipulation, directing gusts to counter any retaliatory moves the henchman attempts.

The fight is a dance of power and precision, with you and Bakugou seamlessly coordinating your attacks. The henchman, despite his initial confidence, finds himself overwhelmed by the dual assault. His movements become more desperate, the device in his hand flickering with unstable energy as he tries to ward off your combined offensive.

In a final concerted effort, you amplify the force of your wind, creating a powerful blast that sweeps the henchman off his feet. Bakugou capitalizes on the moment, using a controlled explosion to knock the device from the henchman's grasp, rendering him powerless.

With the henchman disarmed and pinned against the wall by your relentless wind, the fight draws to a close.

"Just as I thought, too easy," you comment, your voice laced with a mix of triumph and disdain for the ease at which the opponent was subdued. The satisfaction of victory is short-lived, however, as the piercing sound of a loud siren suddenly fills the air, cutting through the moment of triumph like a knife.

"Shit," you curse under your breath, the abrupt alarm signaling that the situation has just become significantly more complicated.

Bakugou, ever the pragmatist, wastes no time in seizing the moment to deliver a pointed remark. "What did I tell you about counting your victories before they're won?" he says, his tone laced with a mix of irritation and a hint of I-told-you-so.

Rolling your eyes at Bakugou's comment, you swiftly knock out the guy in front of you, ensuring he won't be joining any potential reinforcements. Bakugou, quick to think ahead, "We need to get out of here fast" he states, a clear directive in his voice.

You nod in agreement. "Well, we'll need an escape plan," you say, eyeing the surroundings for a viable route. "Getting into a big fight right now is gonna bring us behind schedule."

As the sound of multiple footsteps begins to echo closer, signaling the approach of additional foes, Bakugou assesses the situation with a grim determination. "Doesn't look like we're gonna have an option," he mutters, his gaze quickly scanning the room for any possible escape routes. His eyes land on a vent near the ceiling—a narrow escape, but a potential one.

He turns to you, "Head out through there," he instructs, pointing to the vent. "I'll catch up."

You hesitate, the thought of leaving him behind weighing heavily. "Are you sure?" you ask, concern evident in your voice.
