'I'm proud of you, Tesoro" his words haven't left my mind since he said them to me.

He asked me if I ever heard someone tell me that. I have, it's just, I didn't expect that Silas would say it. I didn't think the boyfriend should say it

Does that mean I have to say it? Would Silas even care if I told him that?

I stare at my homework and eat a sour patch kid I change the song that's playing and try my best to finish the homework

Something has been feeling off lately, I don't like it. I had a few hours until class started so I decided to do my homework that's due in a few days thankfully.

Once I finish it I put it in my backpack, Silas didn't have class today unfortunately so I'm alone. He's been checking his phone constantly every time it goes off and if his eyes widened he rushes out.

I wonder what's wrong. Maybe he'll tell me, it's not really my business if it's something to do with his home life.

I sigh and grab my phone and bag walking out of my dorm to class I freeze seeing Silas there "are you okay?" I ask him he nods "just wanted to see you before you had class." He states and I nod

Silas walks me to my first class it's a comfortable silence between us i turn around when we get there "I'll see you after class?" I ask

"If I don't meet up with you, that's because I'm talking with my parents." He stated and I nod Silas wraps his arms around my back and I smile up at him he gives me a soft smile before kissing my lips

He makes me feel so safe, and so happy to the point I can't describe how much he's helped and saved me.

Classes go by slow as always but I'm able to pay attention at least I'm surprised no one has brought up the photo that happened a few days ago, I'm thankful for it at least.

I walk to my last class I frown when Annie isn't here but her now girlfriend is and she sits next to me

I make small talk with her she tells me Annie wasn't feeling good last class so she's taking notes for her

The teacher dismisses us and I get up grabbing my bag i hear a cough behind me and I notice Ezra standing there "oh- uhm, hey." I stammer grabbing my phone

"Tell your boyfriend that i don't appreciate the broken nose." He grits i stare at him "I'm not sure about you, but no one appreciates a broken nose, Ezra." I say crossing my arms

"Shut up for once in your damn life, no wonder why Henry always complains when he hears you talking or when you two talked, you never stop"

My eyes widened, i shake away my thoughts "you never stop being an asshole, so don't even." I grit he walks towards me and before I can stop myself I slap him.

I stare wide-eyed and walk away fast before he can say or do something

I open my dorm quickly after whatever the fuck happened, I need to tell Silas ,and I hear "welcome back, I've been waiting for you." My head snaps up to the person that's standing by my window

Their face is covered and I stare at them not sure of what to do

They walk towards me and I stand there frozen "I've been dying to meet you, now, how come your dating Silas Diaz?" I now register that this person is someone who knows him

"Come on, answer, I don't want things to get...messy." They touche my hair and I'm so confused

"You know...you could do something for me so things don't have to get messy and for your boyfriend to not walk in seeing you on the ground bleeding."
