And the robot was slightly guarding itself to protect the queen. And the queen was confused by this.
When the robot ran at the leader of the groups, the dragon hesitated slightly from the robot charging at him in his direction.
Assuming his flame would harm it, its arm transformed into a plasmatic reflector shield.
Protecting the bot from the dragon's fire, the dragons were watching what was going on, watching as their leader sped enormous flames at the robot, but before anything else could happen.
When it was about to take another breath of refuel with more flames, the robot instantly deactivated its shied. Its eyes opened up to reveal a triangle-shaped optical vision that started to light up.
Before anyone around the robot, the dragon was about to lung the robot with its long and thick reptilian neck, and that's when the robot launched a thermal laser that sliced at the dragon's eye.
It instantly shut its eyes, closing back in place while the leader of the dragons yelled in pain, including a combination of anger. The dragons were even surprised by the sudden robot's reaction, including its action.
After a continuous moment of the dragon yelling in pain, it looked back at the robot growling and then placed a talon on its cut reptilian eye and said in a dark yet venomous tone in its voice.
"We will return." He said, signaling the other dragons behind him.
They followed him in pursuit as they took for the sky, and every anthro honeybee and the robot looked upward.
And they watched as the dragons flew off into the sky.
The anthro bees cheered in victory and happiness, and I noticed the robot looking around at the beings around him.
That's when the robot turned to see the queen walking forward, and the robot was confused. Even the guards found it concerting that their queen would walk toward the robot.
But before the queen could react and even respond to the robot, it froze in place, and at that moment, I noticed this well, and my pad started to go off, and before anyone could hear or trace the noise and where it was coming from both Vee and Silene seemed to notice this as well.
"What's going on?" Silene asked, slightly looking at what Adam was holding.
"Somehow, the thermal heat from the dragon's flames must've caused internal mother-board damage to the defense bot's CPU," I said, tapping a few icons on the black and orange coded digital screen and seeing lines of code popping out.
Suddenly the code was deleted, and one line of it pooped out and said Command Confirm.
At that moment, I looked over to see the robot looking up, and at that moment, it launched itself skyward. The propulsion of the thrust caused it to be lifted upward from the bottoms of its metallic feet.
Both the anthro honey bee and the queen herself watched as the robots flew off away, leaving them confused and in awe.
"What just happened?" Vee asked, leaning in slightly to whisper in my ear.
I looked over at her and responded to her question with a question myself.
"It reprogrammed itself."
I said in confusion.
I noticed that both Silene and Vee were giving me confused looks about what I told them, and then I realized they didn't know what that meant.
Before I could explain what I was saying, my ears perked up from a voice that I knew and even recognized, and it was the anthro bee that almost caught us. Thorn.
I slightly looked over and saw that Thorn was walking up to the queen. I saw a few feet from them speaking in their language, but I somehow understood what they were saying.
"Your majesty, we have confirmed that whatever fell from the sky is somewhere in this city."
"I do not understand what you are saying; what do you mean?" the queen asked, a slightly impatient voice in her tone.
Thorn looked around, and to make sure nobody else heard them, she leaned into her queen to whisper.
"Something alien came from the object, and it is here, somewhere," Thorn said with a hint of fear. But also a hint of desperation.
The queen looked at Thorn in disbelief but considered what they would have to do after what had just happened.
"Has any of my subjects seen this alien?" The queen asked.
Thorn smiled in a devilish and evil smile, which confused the queen.
"We have one," Thorn said.
Confused, I froze when Thorn signaled someone over, and two royal anthro bee guards brought someone over. And saw who it was.
Even Vee and Silene noticed who it was. And to see Avira in cuffs carved in hexagon bonds and with a small yellow-like fluid leaking from the side of her mouth, I instantly knew what it was.
She was beaten and tortured, seeing a combination of bruises and damage to her body, both from the looks of it, that resulted from the explosion that I escaped from.
And at that moment, I felt angry and scared for her.
To be continued
