Avira guided me to where I assumed it was to the quarters I was staying at, and assumingly right, recognizing the infrastructure of where we were going, I noticed that she was also what looked to be in deep thought.

"I wonder what she's thinking about." I thought.

We reached the door to my quarters, and I looked to see Avira making direct and complete eye contact with me.

Her look was severe and stern, and it seemed intense from the gaze she was giving. She wondered if she was okay.

But that was when she spoke to me.

"I'll stand guard. Be sure to grab what you need, but please hurry." her tone was severe, yet a slight hint of fear was

I nodded to her and quickly went into my quarters to grab my gear. Once I could put on my hygiene, I surprisingly saw that my space suit gear was neatly folded on the bed, so I grabbed that as well.

"Who would've done that?" I asked out loud, continuing to put my belongings in the duffel that was thankfully still in the quarters I was in.

Once I had everything I needed, I went outside my quarters to see Avira impatiently signaling me to leave.

"Let's GO!" she muttered, her tone creating a light hiss as she used one of her lower arms to gesture me to follow her.

Once I was close enough to her, she took my hand in hers, and we bolted out of the room and down the hallways of the royal palace.

Four's POV

I slowly woke up, initializing myself back online. My optic eyes slightly flickered and repositioned themselves from the light before me while sitting on the previous chair. I remembered that the goddess named Ava was probably still here in this room.

I looked towards the bed to see she was not there, and I was concerned about her behalf not being anywhere in the room.

But my hearing sensor receptors came online, and I could hear running water. It originated in the room, and I assumed she was taking a shower and seeing, based on the light from the window, that there was steam originating in the room to where I thought she was.

So I took the time to look through my back to check my battery level in case if I slept, it would drain half of my battery. I used that time while she was showering and cleaning herself, and I wanted to pay my respects to her privacy and let her take a moment to clean herself.

After checking my power level, I still see 100% percent battery power.

I put it back in my bag and zipped it back in place, but after I did that, I was unaware that the shower head was turned off. I heard wet footsteps clopping, slighting on the vast, bare flooring of the room, and slightly turned from my bag to focus on the blue-skinned aura-glowing goddess before me.

She was not wearing her blue gown or clothes that she was previously wearing but was wrapped in a white towel that barely didn't cover her whole but was able to cover the private parts of her body, to which I slightly looked away, hoping not to stare or be rude to look or think to the fact that I would process such a think of her.

I felt a slight hint in my mind, and based on my expression, I assumed she was reading what I was thinking.

She giggled slightly and spoke.

"It's quite all right, Four. I am grateful that you are willing to respect my privacy," she said, giving me a gentle and kind smile.

And she was standing slightly a few feet from where I stood, and she looked...what was this emotion, and why was I feeling this way?

I looked at her as she was shined by the window's light before I saw the specks of water droplets on her body and her aura blue aura flowing leaf hair glimmering in the light from the sun and shined upon her.

I wasn't sure what was going on, but something deep down inside of my internal CPU, I felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was.

"I apologize if I didn't wake you. It looked to be that you were in a good place." She said, and could she was slightly from when I turned to her to look at her in the eyes as was slightly...She was blushing, but instead of red blood vessels occurring on her cheeks, it was an ocean bright aura value kind of color, and I was confused because she was acting...

Unusual toward me, especially to this kind of institution? She was in a towel, and she was before me. I wasn't sure how this was playing out, so I asked her, hoping the two of us wouldn't be awkward.

"Do you want me to give you some privacy?" I asked.

She nonverbally nodded, so I was about to head to the door, but she spoke.

"Wait."

I stopped to look back at her in confusion.

"You can look away but don't have to leave the room." She said her tone was stern, but I could tell a slight hint of hesitation in her feminine voice.

I was trying to understand why she would think of a reason to act a certain way, especially her hesitation because she was a goddess, for crying out loud.

Based on what I analyzed and understood about the goddess of myths and literature from the fictional rhythm that happened to be created by humans themselves throughout the centuries.

They created the being through fiction, and yet they believed there was a being bigger and higher than anyone like them.

Here I was to be with someone who had the power of creation and powers beyond the human imagination.

But I was cut from my train of thought.

When looking away, giving her privacy, I noticed her shadow. When she undressed from the towel, the light shadowed her physical features before me, so I closed my eyes, slightly insecure, not wanting to be looking at her shadow.

But that wasn't the reason.

She was humming a mediating, peaceful tune and a word I would use, beautiful, but when I listened more, she hummed the soft melody of the pitch and tone of her heavenly humming.

Whoever made her, she was an eternal being of beauty. Both internally and externally.

Inside and out.

That's when she cleared her throat, and I opened my eyes and looked at her to see she was fully dressed.

"What song was that?" I asked.

She slightly perked up; her ears rose when I asked that question.

She looked down slightly and fiddled with her clothing, which was the blue attire she had always worn.

"Oh, it's something that I picked up that my mother used to sing to me." She said. Her tone was full of emotion.

"You mean your creator?" I asked, hoping that when she meant Mother, she meant the god that created her for this world.

She nodded to me, notifying me that my question was correct.

After a brief moment of silence.

Ava spoke again, "We should head downstairs if we are to have a meal before we exceed in our journey to Hexeria."
